That's not negative at all... it's 100% factual. They didn't go up when Tim went in either (as much as it pains me to say). Yet they're supposed to increase when people LEAVE?! Travis had almost 40% of the save vote this week and while I think there were a couple of factors that inflated that number, he's still one of the most popular HMs with the public. How can anyone think him leaving would increase ratings?

I only said the negative thing because I've noticed so much negativity on BehindBB in the last few days..... More than usual and that is saying something. I'm trying to be more like @bleachy_dude or positive_dude as some people like to call him.
 
^^All I had to know was there was a partnership. I don't care about the dynamics. Him boo hooing, wondering if his girl broke up with him, told us he was in a relationship. You can only break up with someone you're actually in a relationship with. If it was horrible, he could have exercised his free will, and broken up with her. So, perhaps someone needs a million reasons to rationalize cheating, I'm not one of those people. He cheated. Why, how, when, all of that is irrelevant to me. It doesn't change the act.^


ETA. I don't like Ben, but I completely agree with him.

After Sandra's humiliating display, I doubt Sam will even give her his number. Or if she has it, he will change it. That really was pathetic.
At least Travis seems to have romantic interest in the hysterical Aisha.

yeah I wonder what Sam and his GF thought of tonight's show. I think it could be uncomfortable to be around Sandra together after that?
I wonder since Sam and Michaela having only started dating this year, if it will put pressure on their relationship.
Sandra hinted in the house when talking about Clawson, something like they should just remain friends for 6 months, and then see how things go...probably wishful thinking for her and Sam

I think the whole vibe has been negative this season but in different ways to last year. Last year people were scrapping to the death over HMs and to a smaller extent, how Ch 9 kept chopping and changing shows like Saturday Showdown, Confidential and UpLate and switching eviction and nom nights. This year without live feeds and following The Block I think it put people on the back foot straight away so the general vibe was shitty right off the bat and it's continued. Now there's a lot of negative feedback about the quality of the show, changing timeslots every night, what we've lost, comparisons to last years' HM's or just the whole feel of last season overall... and the HM discussion has become secondary.

I made a decision I think in the second week to focus on the positives when it comes to BB as far as at least it's still on, what would this forum become without an Aussie BB so let's enjoy what we get, etc. I had a tanty the other night when we found out Ben was returning but I think anyone who's gotten to know me over the past year would've expected that and now I've just accepted that while I think he's fake and whatnot, there are people who enjoy him so maybe they had to suffer through Tim's return like I'm suffering through his (although tonight wasn't that bad to be honest). I think people are just lashing out now because 1. for some reason they expect the ratings from Ch 10 days and don't understand why those wouldn't be possible in 2014 and they ditched BB for a reason so their fear of it not returning has manifested into anger and 2. it's never explained to us WHY they're making these changes ie ditching Friday's show and sticking on flippin Goldeneye instead of airing it afterwards. It's hard to focus on the positives when you're so passionate about a show and you almost get the sense that the people responsible don't care about it anymore but I'm still trying and I think you've been doing a great job too! :)

Do you have a special book, that I do not know about, that says how a relationship is suppose to be?
The 'ACT' may not have been written in 'their' own book, or your own. as something that is to be concerned about.
Who knows???? For all we know, his girl might have been laying the field whilst they were together .............. not saying she was, but they did bust up before BB and who the fuck knows why ........

It is not always black and white ......

It's not the relationship itself. To me, it's the way he has treated her knowing it would be shown on tv and that she couldn't talk to him about it.
At the very least it's just rude to put someone you've dated for three years in that spotlight of public humiliation.

After the sanctuary visit with Cat, Lawson seemed to resent his GF when he mentioned about them getting back together because its what she wanted. He should have said no, and then he wouldn't have had to remain faithful to her....
I'd say Candice at some stage thought they might get engaged/married after all her pinterest wedding photos of rings,dresses,cakes,flowers, venues, favours, candles, hairstyles, table settings etc


it was 5 yrs in articles...and now it's 3 yrs?

Anyway, agree to disagree.

No one can say what is right and wrong, in other peoples relationships. Rules may have been set, that outsiders might never know.
I just think that there must be something more, to Lawson and his Partners relationship - than that is the 'normal'

To answer, for the final time on this subject, yes, I do have a book and when it comes to cheating, it's black and white. Cheating is cheating. I don't leave room for stories and reasons why. Again, if you are one who needs to rationalize, and need dynamics, that is on you. I don't. Honestly, I'm sick of talking about them. Enjoy the rest of your day.

YES - sometimes after such a long time in a relationship, starting at a young age, you may feel the need for freedom - gosh at 23, the brain is not totally formed ..... still got a few cells to grow, to making major decisions in life .....

YES - He should have said NO - if that was she wanted and he didn't Sometimes, just going with the flow can be the only option if you don't really know how you feel ........

On another topic, I was looking at Tullys twitter and I am still shocked at the blind hate she gets.
She pays a price for earning a good living off social media.
