I think I've missed too much stuff here. How do we know Drew has hurt Tully? I thought they were friends?

I agree with you about tully, she does need a lot of attention and her heart is there for the taking, but I do think she shelters some of it with a defensive manner (if that makes sense). I wasn't saying it's her fault, but I don't agree with saying she can do better than drew. It's like saying drew isn't deserving of her and somehow he is the lesser of the two. They could just be different people and not compatible as partners. Like what [MENTION=37335]prufrock[/MENTION] said, I'm at a loss as to why it's drew that needs to lift his game. Why can't it just be two people in each other's lives that share a platonic relationship? We don't know that it is drew calling the shots though, so it's all speculation at this point.
 
Haha people should stop reacting to Tully's cryptic and/or emo tweeting. We haven't known what's gone on in that relationship in a long time, doubt we're gonna figure it out by making assumptions. We might get an indication of the state of affairs next weekend but probably only if they're markedly different to their last two rendezvous. I mean what were we running with as the status of that relationship anyway?

To play devils advocate though, I think it's funny that it looked like Tully may have reconnected with Drew (and at the very least appeared friendlier with him) as well as seeming to be in a generally happier, more vibrant mood on social media...in February...when Tahlia in the States.

Now Tahlia is back less than a week and loand behold...everything's changed and emo Tully is back lol! Coincidence? I think not!

(This is sarcasm btw).

I probably didn't phrase it very well. I didn't mean that Drew wasn't good enough for her or that she was better than him. I think he is wonderful and a real catch for someone someday. I just don't think he is able to give her what she needs - it is a tall order.
I think they are good friends and hope they continue to be that way. I have no proof of course but sense that she tried to rekindle things over the last couple of weeks - which is why I was afraid that she would get hurt

So Drew still going to Sydney??? Not happening i guess, I think the "family portrait" yesterday killed the vibe. It must be Luna's fault. :)

You were all taken in by Drew. The way he spoke about HMs behind their backs was school girlish. Hope somebody enlightened him about worms to lose weight. You think he's dreamy, to me he looks like a horse with head horns.
 
I find it so strange that someone who publicly cheated on their live in partner would then list that person as one of their favourite things on social media. Was she one of your favourites while you were in the house or is this a new thing? No matter how buddy buddy (or maybe even more they are now) this is so odd to me, especially after Tahlia's mag interview slagging Tully and Drew off and the other stuff. I'm probably not explaining myself properly but as soon as I read that I was like really Tully?! Maybe I'm just getting old.

Oh and she looks awful in that ^^^ pic. Like death warmed over.

This is what I hate at the moment. When Drew posts a pic with another woman, he gets the ' thank god it's not Tully ' and 'lucky you ditched Tully' posts etc, and now Tahlia gets the trolls critisicing her for getting close to Tully again. I feel for all of them but especially for Tully - she doesn't deserve this now - 6 months later.

Yeah but dude, come on, if she doesn't want to put up with that stuff it's not hard to avoid. Like, just don't post the picture. It really couldn't be more simple.

I think they are good friends too. If it's more, who knows? But they do get along and have common interests. I do think tully hurts easily too and it isn't some act, she does feel more IMO for others around her even if in a selfish way at times. She has a lot of love to give, even with all her baggage, and I truly mean this, it will take an incredibly special person to break those barriers she puts in place. I know you didn't mean to get a reaction, I think it's more that there's not much to talk about anymore with these hm's and this presented itself. It's a good thing as it keeps this thread alive and interesting :)
