Meatloaf is DEFINITELY not bottom of the class. Theres an annoying kelpie with ADHD whose already bit the teacher. Lol. Meatloaf is asleep.
 
Well that was an assault on my senses. True Detective binge. Not sure what to make of it really. Twin Peaks crossed with True Blood and a little bit of Luther and Breaking Bad in the mix.

I'll be honest, I was genuinely shocked when I read this. I've always felt like she would be a handful and it would never be easy to date someone like tully, but that doesn't mean I think she doesn't deserve happiness and a stable relationship, but I do think I'd feel a little sorry for that person in a way. I don't know if I would say drew is the fault in this relationship, that's all I'm trying to say.

I agree. I'm hard pressed to see why it's Drew who needs to lift his game. Perhaps for some a good relationship means good job. Other than that I'm at a loss.

I do think a lot of assumptions are made about things being her fault, based on the way she is, but there's so much we don't know. Few failed relationships can ever be blamed entirely on one party. That's what I'm going with, anyway.

I used to think that way, and I certainly agree that Tully needs someone that will give her a lot of attention which can be difficult. But recently the penny has dropped for me - if I look back at how things have played out over the past three months. Tully wears her heart on her sleeve and the signs were there back in December that she was hurting. Drew has a naughty streak and by self confession struggles with commitment at times. He is enjoying the new found playground that he is in. I'm not saying that that is wrong or that he is a bad person. I have always liked Drew. It is just that I think she will always end up getting hurt in that relationship. She is very needy and needs someone who will love her alot. Deep down I don't think he is ready to offer that sort of commitment. I think Drew has moved on, so I think Tully needs to as well.

You are making so many assumptions here that I don't know where to start. Is it Tully or Drew who is most often seen partying and flirting with the ever present tongue lurking? I'm not sure that there is fault on either side, but deciding that it's because Drew is flighty and apparently feckless is a very long bow.

there are so many ridiculous assumptions that I'm just going with what we know: Tully and Drew are friends.

I agree that what you say. I don't think blame can be directed solely at either one. I do get frustrated sometimes that Tully seems to be the one that gets all the criticism directed at her, whilst Drew gets away scott free a lot of the time because people are mesmerised by his charm and good looks (myself included there by the way) I don't think she deserves the nasty comments that still get directed her way 6 months after the event.
I would love nothing more than to be proven wrong and that they get back together in total happiness. But I realistically don't think that will happen and would like to see Tully move onwards and upwards with her life. I have no doubt that Drew will make a success of his life and he will be happy no matter what
