Tim followers needn't worry that they are chatting with the real Tim Dormer because of all the pictures and videos he posts. That's all the blue tic is for is to reassure people they aren't dealing with a fake account. It is not an award or anything to brag about.

And Tim was asked about the rumor that he'd bought followers and he said it was news to him. Maybe someone bought some for him. Maybe they weren't bought at all. We don't know and it doesn't really matter.

yes it is just a coincidence that over 10k of Tim's followers last Tweeted/posted on the same day in July 2012

Saying 'It's news to me' is obfuscatory. I don't care particularly whether he did or not, and I agree about the blue tick, but whilst numbers do lie sometimes, the trajectory of Tim's follower numbers is very questionable.

And that they'r e nearly all from countries where English isn't the first language. Who knew BBAU would appeal to South American audiences in quite such numbers?

That's possible...But we all saw the graphs ( I forget who provided them) and the spikes which showed a rapid increase in followers at 2 dates..He or someone else bought about 20K+ (probably close to 25K) followers for him.. That is not debatable...

Oh Timmy there's nothing hush hush about that news. Your forum buddies had that pegged from day dot.

And LOL at the Tahan and Brodie pic. I was asking about him in the LF thread way back when as I couldn't remember his name but knew he'd been on a late night quiz show and on Price is Right. Thankfully someone finally came to our rescue. Funny stuff and now here he is with Tahan.
 
Guess I should offer to bring something to this new round of Tim roasting but I don't think I will. I knew as soon as I saw that woman's tweet it would start a new round of shit in here, thats why I didn't post it.

There are a few housemates that I don't like, but I don't take every opportunity to smear their name.

Wasn't this idea done to death already? But still an oldie but goodie for a boring day I guess. :(
