I think the fact that he was angry, in conjunction with the loss of self-consciousness due to a few drinks, was also a factor. It's one of the few time he showed genuine spontaneous strong emotion in the house and reacted to it.

This isn't big news but I got a tiny bit part on the ABC series 'Time of Our Lives' E01S02 shooting tomorrow.
Pretty stoked :)

I heard today that Pat Rafter would be coming out of retirement and teaming up with Hewitt in the men's doubles... Anyone else see that?

Woohoo, go Rohan!! He's been auditioning for quite a few things so that's awesome he's snagged a part.

I hadn't heard it until you said something but you're right! That's kind of crazy but at least it'll give us some Aussie guys to watch in the doubles.

I will say though that Ed is almost exactly how I predicted him to be a couple of months ago even back when he was full on paranoid about Tim and he wasn't my favourite person in the house so I'm kind of happy to have gotten that a bit right. You can tell they've both been brought up very well although they're still a bit blokey and he would definitely make a great platonic guy friend to a female. He's not up himself at all - or at least if he is he was hiding it pretty well - and he's actually very funny. What surprised me though is that he also doesn't really sound like he did on TV. Obviously his voice sounds the same but he doesn't talk in that stilted kind of way he did in the house and I had zero problem understanding him even though I barely could on the show. I'm not sure if that course last week helped him or if maybe he was just over-thinking every word he said on tv but he really wasn't anything like that and I kept waiting for it. I still obviously don't really know him from a hole in the ground but I think he's lovely from what I did get to know.

I'm pretty sure it was closer to the start of the show. I remember him saying it but I can't remember where he said it or if it was even to her. It was something about her being nothing more than a Sydney socialite or something like that.
 
Found this from the OS from the beginning of August (apparently it was Day 4)

3. Shoot From The Hip(ster)
While the other HMs turn (Tim) over in their conversation like a Rubix’s cube, Tim’s taken a shrug-like response. Brandishing words like ‘truth’ and slogans like ‘don’t be fake’, ‘be real’, he casually pulls the slings and arrows fired by others and tucks ‘em into his Ksubi jeans for later. He’s taken aim at fellow hipster Tully for “[having] a lot of blocks,” for being “airy fairy” but the social media strategist has a strategy of her own.

“I feel like I’m one of the only people who might be able to get through to Tim,” she suggested, and at family dinner went as far to call him a potential “House husband.” So maybe there’s hope that we’ll see a softer side to Tim? Only yesterday the leather-jacket Jesus mused in the Bedroom that Tully represented “everything I don't like about Sydney,” that she heralds from the “Sydney Socialite Bi*ch Club.”
