Yeah I can pretty much remember it all although I'm a bit hesitant to say a lot because I'm worried I've already outed who I am on here in the off chance someone visits this thread.

I will say though that Ed is almost exactly how I predicted him to be a couple of months ago even back when he was full on paranoid about Tim and he wasn't my favourite person in the house so I'm kind of happy to have gotten that a bit right. You can tell they've both been brought up very well although they're still a bit blokey and he would definitely make a great platonic guy friend to a female. He's not up himself at all - or at least if he is he was hiding it pretty well - and he's actually very funny. What surprised me though is that he also doesn't really sound like he did on TV. Obviously his voice sounds the same but he doesn't talk in that stilted kind of way he did in the house and I had zero problem understanding him even though I barely could on the show. I'm not sure if that course last week helped him or if maybe he was just over-thinking every word he said on tv but he really wasn't anything like that and I kept waiting for it. I still obviously don't really know him from a hole in the ground but I think he's lovely from what I did get to know.

I'm not surprised. I always thought Ed's mumbling was more to do with being in an uncomfortable situation rather than anything else. He actually reflected on this a few times in the Live Feeds, I remember a particular vid where he did this, but was misquoted by the great big pile of steaming sh%t differently, so very few got to see it.

haha trust me, it's not really what I was expecting to be saying about Ed today either. I really wish one of you guys were there with me to see what you thought of Ed yesterday vs Ed from BB.

I think you captured the Ed I personally saw glimpses of

TullyLovesDrew prufrock - a penny for your thoughts on this photo :D

Boog, Jazz, Dougal all there at the IMG Australian Open Party - what is the bet Drew is there. Maybe even Ed?

Maria Sharapova is also there.

Also that girl on the right side of Boog looks a lot like one of Drew's friends from last night - don't think it is the same girl though, but they look alike.

I'd agree with this. In the house he was without Nick, who seems to me to be his sounding board for most things, and found himself having to think things through (over-think in many instances) rather than just acting spontaneously. Now he is back in his comfort zone, with his close support, in familiar social environments and more confident about what he is doing and saying.

I'm not sure if prufrock was joking about Ed being most articulate when he'd had a few drinks - but the night he had the fight with Tully, when he had been drinking, is the most coherent and clear that I remember hearing him.

I'm really not surprised to hear this about Ed. I always thought he was probably a very down to earth guy but the way he came across in the house was maybe a combination of him not dealing with the situation well due his fear of poor public perception and perhaps some poor editing. I did have issues with a lot of things he did but I never thought he was as bad as some people make out either.

Spot on smurfette and Gemini! Thanks Mrs Butterface for your insights!

I actually wasn't joking. I think being a little 'mellow' made him less aware of cameras and in general less self conscious.

I'm getting a bit irritated with these tennis perks the HMs are getting. First Tahan with Maria and now Boog and Jazz at a party with both Maria and Rafa, if not more. DO THESE PEOPLE EVEN LIKE TENNIS??!!! Gahhhh
