He was definitely ironing. I remember it too. I'm still a bit skeptical about the sleeping arrangements but it could be that they're in a 2 level flat... plenty of those here... or even that Annie and Nikki just haven't bothered to share much online.
I think my semi official position on this whole thing is (only semi because I fully expect to be proven wrong): Jade and Ed are shagging. Whether Ed has good intentions about that whole situation or not, who knows. Jade seemed pretty determined in her Arias interview to let people know she was focusing on acting and would do whatever it takes and move wherever she had to in order for that to happen. Good on her... an absolutely perfect answer. Ed... he won't leave Melbourne. No one is going to offer him a tv role anywhere so that's a given. Ed + Annie = Will eventually be a proper couple. Maybe not today or tomorrow, but they will. And within their families and friendship circles it'll be one of those really romantic love stories where you met your true love when you were a kid and then it wasn't until 20 years later until you were ready to commit. And really that would be a lovely story other than the fact that Jade would initially be hurt by it but she'd move on to bigger and better anyway.
