Lol... Don't worry, we will pretend this never happened. But for now...say it isn't so? our first disagreement? omg! (pretty sure we've disagreed before actually)
I guess I don't have a lot of respect for the kid
Artists like Elton John who've been working hard for many many years in the industry start their concerts on time (or very close to it), give their all AND more to the people who have paid big $$ to come see them ... (yes I'm showing my age giving Elton as an example but I've been to 3 of his concerts and would happily go to more)
The likes of Rhianna and Beiber who rudely keep people waiting for interviews, waiting for meet & greets, brush off people who have paid for VIP tickets (don't allow those kind of tickets to be promoted and sold in your name unless you stand by them and are willing to fulfil the obligation that comes with them whether you are dead on your feet or not - dont friggin party hard every night and expect to be able to perform at your best which is after all what people pay to see!)
As for being late for concerts like Bieber was ... his fans are young - they probably have curfews ... they could have school the next day ... wtf does he think its ok to keep them waiting? in the news reports they said people had to start leaving the concert early because they had to catch the last public transport available ... seriously wake up Beebs and remember who the important people are in your life - your paying fans! not the people who fawn all over you, kissing ass and using you ...
oh god ... who put my soapbox there again?? hide it people ... hide it!!!![]()
I actually agree 100% with you on his behaviour. I guess I just acknowledge that he isn't going to be perfect and screw up because of his age. I am basically giving him a pass because of his circumstance and age and put it down too he doesn't handle fame like others may. I just hope he doesn't turn like the other stars who dig so deep they can't reverse time. So I hope that is where his support system is going to be strong enough. For now he is just a typical young boy who will glorify this attention except he is doing so publicly. He may have wanted to be usher but he wasn't prepared to know what that really meant IMO. The pressures, the responsibilities, the around the clock media duties as well as the work he puts in for his concerts will all take its toll, especially when dealing with social media and critics daily. On top of all this, he is going what most will, and that's growing up. I just hope he gets it all out of his system and becomes the person he saw himself to be, because I'm sure under all the new attitude that there is a light of goodness that still dwells there but is just hiding until he gets over this phase (I hope anyways).
Elton John is a great example, regardless of age
