In Drew's latest instagram of the goon he got last night he hastagged it #finallyhome, makes me think he is staying in Melbourne and Tully will be heading back alone some time this week.

Tahan fan right here, and up until Jesse girl mentioned anything I just took it as tahan promoting one of those 12 week challenges like Michelle from biggest loser. But it is possible tahan is as clueless about the program and ashy bines as I was? Even so, always know what you promote.

Yep, and that is a very succinct version of things. There is a facebook group with, I think, just as many likes as Ashy herself as, and I have seen it on ACA and similar programs. It is just really not good for young girls to be involved with it. There is a very negative energy there, people post when they have had slip ups and instead of getting support or comfort, they are chastised!

[MENTION=35181]Mrs Butterface[/MENTION] - I agree. I'm sure a lot of young girls would now think that they can look like Tahan by subscribing to Ashy's horrible mentality, which has the potential to do more than harm than good in my (non-expert) opinion.

Is there no ombudsman or some kind of fair trading law that can intercept with the services that ashy bines supposedly offers?

Yeah she could be clueless about her but I do agree that she should always know what she's promoting. The stuff Ashy pulls is pretty well-known if you're into that whole fitness and clean eating thing... she's even been exposed on the current affair shows because of it and there are FB pages and heaps of stuff online detailing all of the crap she pulls. So if Tahan had just Googled her she would've had a clue as the first page of results for Ashy's name is littered with negative stuff.

I'm not thinking she should be tarred and feathered for it. Just very disappointed.

Yeah apparently the ACCC have started getting involved. It is a bit tricky though because Ashy & co state that you get exactly what you are told you will get, it is just up to you whether you like it or not and a matter of opinion is not good enough reason to warrant a refund apparently - ie, its not a fraudulent thing.

It's probably in the works. These things can take time and are complicated.

I agree... if Tahan's young fans follows what is considered to be a 'fad diet' they are at risks of all kind of things from eating disorders to body image issues.

I think all ex-hms should think long and hard about what they say publically.

I eat well, but I don't follow these fads for whatever reason, I guess I like having control of what I do and not told what to do. But yeah it would be wiser to know what you promote. I won't hold it against tahan though. But yes it's irresponsible to not know your product you advertise. I'm surprised that the program is still very popular though, friends on Facebook like the stupid page and even promote they joined, like it's the new cool thing. I should ask if there is any difference yet :p

Yep. But hopefully just the fact that so many people are contacting them will be enough for them to take a hard look at what she's doing.

This is the last I'll say about this woman as my blood is actually boiling now but I really hope someone sets Tahan straight about this. Fair enough if you like Ashy but please don't tell tens of thousands of young girls that you do. That woman is toxic.

Thanks for the explanations, that makes more sense and I do hope more ppl recognise that this is nothing more than a waste of time. But I do hope eventually this diet is exposed for what it is too

This sounds very similar to some people who promote and make money from raw Vegans. The vast majority of them live in Australia, Calafornia and ex pats in Costa Rica and point blank refuse to understand that in European climates these diets or 'lifestyles' as they like to call them just don't work. If you dare to raise the issue you get attacked from all corners by their supporters while they stay quiet and refuse to address the issue beyond blaming you for being unable to digest 30 bananas a day.
And then half them wonder why their kids don't meet developmental targets or why they can't get pregnant, makes me furious.

Ok I did. You said you thought they'd be good and have an early night as they had Maryborough today and @prufock posted a pic saying when pigs fly. From your comment saying "I told you all so - I knew they would go to Maryborough" you made it sound like everyone was doubting they would when I didn't recall anyone saying that at all. Especially since they both said they were going. Prufock was saying haha yeah right, they're going to bed early... and for all we know they didn't. Could've pulled an allnighter and then drove there for all we know although I doubt that's the case. You had me thinking my memory was worse than it is!
