Haha, thanks. I'm none the wiser though, unless you meant Royalty? I thought it was another possible PR stuff up though, if he wants to create an image outside the house, he might get the wrong one and put potential sponsors off.

And I'm just going to put it out there although I'm sure I'll cop flack for it: I look at how she's dressed here, or even how she was dressed in Melbourne, and there's a reason Nick said Ed would quote "never ever go for her". She just doesn't fit in with his lifestyle at all. I thought it when she was in Melbourne and every day since then but just didn't want to face the wrath of Jade or Ed fans and have them ruin this thread... it shouldn't matter but it does. These are two very different people. Those shoes alone would have his mates laughing at her. I don't think we'd see Milly, Annie or Nikki dressed like that.

Most women dress like that when they go out these days. And Jade doesn't party or go out that much nor does she dress like that very often. For the most part, i find her dress sense very simple and modest. Most of the pictures I saw of her in Melbourne, she was just wearing jeans with a white or brown sweater. I'm not a fan of jade and ed together but if theyre happy hanging out together, who cares.

I put this post in the JA thread, but as peeps don't necessary tread both boards, I wanted to put it here too.
Had to come out of lurkerdom because I'm so pissed off seeing this photo.
Ed is a dead set 'emotionally avoidant affectionate crippled non-demonstrative' prick!
Flashbacks to the house... Jade has her hand on his arse and his arms are anywhere but near touching her.
I held back commentating on the photo of him at lunch with Jade. His body language spoke volumes... he did not want that photo taken. His arms were crossed in either a defensive or aggressive manner... maybe both. Between his eyebrows were creases indicating either frustration or annoyance. Overall this look was for Jade... and it was a negative one.
I wish he'd just fuck off once and for all. Jade deserves someone emotionally intelligent and available. Someone loving and openly affectionate and, No! I don't mean grand acts or gratuitous PDAs. He's a narcissistic stunted waste of time and Jade deserves someone who's way into her and knows how lucky he is.
I feel better now...
BTW... I made no promises to go easy on Ed. Compared to the average 'lack of love for Ed'... my quota is no-where near done
I don't think the point was that there's anything wrong with the way she dresses, but more that it just doesn't fit in with Ed's lifestyle. If you look at the type of girls Ed and Nick usually hang out with, they're completely different to Jade, and dress is only one of those differences. Again, nothing wrong with Jade - in fact I personally think it's a compliment that she doesn't fit into the Ed/Nick world. It's good they can hang out and have fun now while they're still in the BB bubble, but if they were to make a real go of it, and Jade were to move to Melbourne, she'd probably have to change a lot to feel comfortable in that world...and tbh she probably still wouldn't.

I'm sure this has been discussed before but I have to say it again. When Heidi had Ed on her radio program a few days ago, she asked him what the deal was with Jade and he said. "We're just friends and we'll see what happens" Heidi states this many time on her twitter account (listed below) when answering questions from her listeners. I think the latest pictures and comments from Ed and Jade show this as well. He's not into her. He would know by now if he wanted to be more than friends. However, he loves the attention and doesn't want to put Jade or her fans off (for purely selfish reasons). I don't think Ed really cares about Jade's feelings or he would give her a straight answer. For now, Ed can have his cake and eat it too, he can see Jade when there's a scheduled BBAU event & hook up with when he wants and then say their just "friends". Sad but true - imo.

lol i think he gives her mixed messages ..so maybe she's not a smart cookie afterall or she has less dating experience in the past plus she's only 23 .He's shady its so obvious bahahaha....
You won't get flack from me. I think you're right. I personally don't have an issue with how she dresses at all. In fact I'm around the same age and from a similar area of NSW to Ballina and Jade's dress sense is pretty typical of girls from that area.
However, it's certainly not how someone from Ed's world would dress. I also thought she looked out of place in the Melbourne pics but didnt say anything because she only had the clothes she had from the house at that stage. I'm certainly not saying that Jade's way is the wrong way, just that it's very different to Ed's. That goes well beyond clothing too.

Okay I haven't read all these pages and wow there is so many pages.
So jade has her hand on his ass, and I'm pretty sure that I read somewhere that he has had his hand on her ass before. So I assume that they are being intimate in someway. So Ed is getting the benefits of a relationship without committing to the relationship. Jade is a grown woman, she is allowing it to happen. I'm not going to blame Ed for this. I'm not going to say poor jade. She herself has said she dates assholes. She has been in a relationship prior to this. She also identified in the house at one point that the relationship was like being back in high school, so she is aware of how relationships are meant to be I suppose. She knows a thing or two about relationships. Her being 23 and inexperienced does not cut it for me. She knows I'm sure how she was perceived by the public and yet while Ed is telling Heidi that they are friends and seeing what's happening, she is what exactly? Hoping for more, waiting for him to just give in? I don't care what's the right thing and wrong thing to say anymore, but she is to blame as much as Ed. He should have set it straight by now and she should have gotten a clue by now.

Because there are a few rants, this makes the thread unwelcoming? Because people are reacting to photos it's a bad thing? Let them react and get it out there. Name me a thread that ppl don't do this- because I can assure you every thread has a rant or two and they react to a few words or a tweet or a photo.

Again she's not perfect....she's human people don't u have girlfriends that went for wrong men .And u feel like u need to shake them to realize their potential. Those girls eventually grow out of it and they learn the hard way ... And later they find a perfect guy for them. jade at least knows what she wants and goes for it but he on the other hand is to much of a coward to deal with public backlash! They just seem incompatible that's all. But good luck for them if they work out .(unlikely)

You've got it round the wrong way. Rants stop peeps from becoming psychotic. Psychosis is a break from reality, not posting a passionate opinion in a public forum. Don't like the message, avoid, debate or leave if you must, but know if you frequent these forums you're not always going to like what you read.
As I posted in the JA thread... Jade has as much to be accountable for, as well. I agree, that her being just 23 and inexperienced does not cut it. She's been out of the house long enough for family and friends to have alerted her to her misplaced actions and projection/transference fantasies of the 'ideal man' onto Ed. Also to watch back over house footage and read peoples opinions and perhaps have a re-think.
He's sent her mixed signals in the house and out... and she still doesn't seem to have called him on it yet or held him accountable. I base my opinions collectively on what's been shown and said... not one or two photos.

However, Jade may still be clinging to the fantasy and still seeing Ed as she chooses - and 'us'... her fans, may end up having to decide when we've had enough of Jade, Ed or JadEd.
Personally, I hope she's seen that they're not suited in many ways and walks away into her own light. I'll be following that. Ed, being left to do what Ed wants to do. I wont be following that. If JadEd is for real and continues, I'll follow that, tolerate Ed, and keep watching for Jade highlights, especially career-wise

None of the hms are perfect and I could say that about every one of them for an argument, but at the end of it all that shouldn't be why I or other posters can't say how we feel. It's annoying to watch and it makes you want to comment that it's just as much the same outside as it was in the house. At first I used to say she is only human , but then I realised they are all human and have reacted humanly, then I used to say she is naive and inexperienced, now I think it's irritating really.
They are not compatible at all, I agree. But it's also more than that too. She needs to learn to stand on her two feet and not need a guy or the idea of one to make her feel complete- so she needs some maturing. And he needs to grow up and stand up and make a damn decision for himself and not worry about perception so much.

That was a great argument you presented, very insightful too. Though I still have my own opinions on this thing too. Is it possible that jade wants this thing to be real to show that she didn't make an idiot of herself in the house?
