Girls in the community will identify as lesbian and then meet a guy 5 years down the track and end up marrying them etc.

I wouldn't say Tully was an out bisexual...she didn't outright say she was lesbian either, it was like she was trying to be ambiguous.
Nobody has to explain their sexuality but I don't believe on the show (whether it was Tully or BB) she was very straight up.

Y'know saying stuff like 'When I'm with a girl I'm lesbian, when I'm with a boy I'm bisexual'....instead of just simply saying she was bisexual.

I agree, not every person is all the way at one end of the spectrum or the other many people are near the middle of the sexuality scale (bisexual or bisexual tendencies)and that should be just as accepted as those who fall anywhere else on that spectrum are.

actually one HM's who seems to be quiet lately is Maddie? I'm sure she was heading back to the Gold Coast after being in Sydney.
last time we saw her she was glammed up for Katie Price's shoe launch with Drew,Tully and Mikkayla.

It was mentioned here the other day but making this thread about all the HM's.
I think we need to get a moderator to change the title of this thread to something like, Follow up to Housemates lives outside of BB? since it's now covering all HM's, not just Drully and Jaded.
I think we are actually doing quite well with the heated discussions, considering alot of people aren't fans of both couples LOL but are we fans of BB, so trying to get along:)

Are you in the community? How would you know that? It took me a while to come to terms with the fact I was bisexual, and not gay or straight. Also, just because a bisexual ends up married to a man after years of dating women does not mean she is no longer bisexual, but straight, she is still bisexual in a heterosexual relationship. For many it is simply easier to identify as gay when in a homosexual relationship as even within the LGBT community biphobia is there, we get it from both sides so people hide who they are. Sometimes lesbians can be pretty cold towards bisexuals. And to top it off, sexuality is a fluid thing anyway, there is no easy way to define people, it's not all black and

Tully was very open about the fact she had dated guys in the past, and that she was open to dating guys in the future. Just because she didn't expressly sell out the word 'bisexual' doesn't mean she isn't. Many in the bisexual community do not like to use the label 'bisexual' and will identify another way, they are however, still attracted to both genders.

Thank-you! The Kinsey scale is there, not everyone is a one or a six, there are 4 other numbers in the middle. As much as I like Tully I think even inadvertently she has done both communities (lesbian and bisexual) a slight disservice in her relationship with Drew, or at least in the way that it started.

i have to see Boogs face on here but i scroll past it quickly, ugghhh', but some people are interested in her. this thread needs a name change and maybe should be moved to the main BB section. let the JA stay in the 'HOUSEMATES' as they look quite content where they are

Tullys looking absolutely gorgeous lately, i can't quite pick what it is. maybe different make-up? her whole face looks different

as for the 'lesbian backlash', she made it quite clear she was bi, admitted in the ice-cream task that in 5 years time she could see herself married to a guy. she sounded like that was no secret from anybody that she was bi, or that she didn't look at her relationship with her GF as a lifetime thing

Tully said she goes for personality, no matter what gender they are. makes me wonder that her GF even questioned this and said that Tully must of been acting about their time together, but she had been with a guy prior to Tahlia. so why was Tahlia surprised? did Tahlia think she had turned Tully forever?
