Cream with the jam is always popular, but I like lemon curd…and these days people sometimes use soft icing…all yummy.

Personal preference on the filling. We usually put cream and raspberry jam. And sometimes I make them as lamington ones, cover them in chocolate icing and coconut. But we still put the jam and cream in the middle.

Mother eff, I was hoping there was one definitive right way of doing it haha!! Ok, cream and jam it is. If I get these god forsaken Xmas pressies done for the 8 grandparents and great grandparents tomorrow, we'll attempt to make them and I'll let you angels know how it goes. By the way, if anyone in the Melb area wants to come finish off these friggen presents for me I can pay you in butterfly cakes and lots of Champagne/wine/beer/water whatever you want. #neverdoingthisshitagain

none of the couples have moved interstate, and why would he go live up in oona woop woop any way. Nothing wrong with starting off slow and seeing where it takes you. Now it made me cringe to watch as well, but watching tully and drew is cringe worthy too...

Tahan shares the same opinion of a lot of people in regards to jaded and I personally like the fact that she's not staying quiet or pretending to be excited for them.

Tahan was even more opposed to the drully thing, so was ed, matt etc. None of the housemates have continued slagging off drew and tully though and tahan should just give it a rest. I've liked most of them since the show finished but she comes across as childish and bitchy.

Tahan certainly doesn't sugercoat things and it sounded like after the show a lot of people shared her opinion regarding Jade/Ed (at least according to Tim)......and she was just responding to a fan here not making her own post or writing a blog on it so I don't see much to get annoyed with her comments (and she didn't go after them personally, just has doubts about their relationship and I'm sure she gets more of the gossip than we do)

The woman at OfficeWorks today who kindly explained to me what it was told me the art of applying contact paper is a serious one!! She launched into a chat about the stuff for maybe a good ten minutes about how you need to make sure the bubbles are out, use a ruler, etc. I was gobsmacked! Not only hadn't I known the stuff existed before then but now you need to be a ninja to put it on properly?! Thankfully I'm only using it for this project right now (no my son's name isn't Daisy)...

but I guarantee if this thread is still alive in Jan, I'll be hijacking the f out of it begging for tips on how to properly apply it to books. We never had this back home! Maybe you should just ask your mum for tips now in advance of my frantic posts?

It's almost a month since the show finished, both Jade and Ed have not interest in engaging with her, she should just mind her own business and butt out. She is just making things up - Jade and Ed don't follow her on social media, and they would not share things with her. She wasn't responding to a fan of hers, it was a fan of Jade and Ed's asking why she feels the need interfere with their relationship. Judging by her response, she does feel she needs to interfere.
