That came as a result to a comment Tim made on Kyle and Jackie O show yesterday on Kiis FM. They were talking about some American celeb who said he would date fans. Jackie asked Tim if he would date a fan to which he replied "no". Then he clarified by saying that he is still waiting for a really attractive blonde to come up to him and tell him she enjoyed his time in the house, he said he seemed only to attract ugly fans.

From his shoulder down to his elbow there are visual artifacts which suggest image manipulation. You can see the blur and uneven lines around the shoulder and the clear break at the bicep-elbow point.
This strongly leads to the conclusion that said 'photoshopping' was done for the purposes of making his bicep muscle appear larger. Hence he is a douchebag.
