They look like they are snuggling up close to each other in that picture. Tim's arm around her looks pretty intimate for just friends. She watched Disney movies with Ed on their road trip, she went to a Disney movie with Tim recently, she went on beach walk/s with Ed on their trip and she now goes on beach walks with Tim. She clearly knows Tim "likes her" in a bf/gf way and she wears a low cut dress like that to see him for a beach walk ? I think that they are on the road to BF/GF if they aren't there already.

Tully has invited Jade to a couple of events she's had with a big group of friends but we don't have any indication that they've actually spent any time together one on one, much less the amount of time she spends with Tim. Also when she says she and Tim connect on a spiritual level it implies that their friendship probably runs pretty deep.

Also I'm not sure she meant "stuck by her" in the literal sense of simply spending time together. I get the sense that the thing with her and Ed may have ended a bit less amicably than they've said (Jade unfollowed and re-followed him on Instagram a lot telling me there were issues there) and I wouldn't be surprised if in a way the other HMs chose "sides" given how much of a talking point it was. I think the "stuck by her" might have been more in reference to her feeling that Tim had her back through that.

The interesting thing about the unfollow/refollow is that it didn't happen until a couple of months after they broke up - around the time of the video and Ed's Valentine day blog. I tend to think it may possibly have been more to do with those two things happening pretty much together (I also know I accidentally unfollowed Jade at one point without realising it). I'm not sure about the taking side thing either, as 'mutual friends' such as Nathan and the sugars still interacted with Ed. I do think it may be a more physical 'stuck by my side', as - other than Tully - Jade and Tim are the only two in Sydney, and also from the way Tim keeps on at Ben on SM media, I think he could also have been actively pursuing repairing his relationship with Jade behind the scenes.

I don't really think any of the HMs are racing to be friends with Ed tbh, other than at events and for photo ops, and I don't think he is really that interested either - other than the odd quip here and there on SM. Of all the Melb HMs (and I'm going to throw Tully i here because she is there so often), Tully seems to me to be the only one who pursues connections with the others.

I guess it depends whether she had been somewhere else beforehand an was dressed for that
 
Looks like the Telegraph have changed their article a little. The herald photo from the vodka launch has been replaced with a different one of them, and they have added Tim's wisdom teeth video - as well as giving it a new title (which struck me initially as more coupley)
