She will somehow make the tennis all about herself.

I was on Vikings in the end. Waayy better than Jamie Dornan who I had to flick. Ragnar landed in a pit of snakes.
I've got a theory, that one of the illuminati must be into superheroes, and sometime in the 90s he decided it would be cool if the world was really like it is in comics. Like Bonny Tyler, he needed a hero.
So, he commenced a 20 odd year programme of getting the field fertile. We have comics, but it needs to be more mainstream - Disney. We need Marvel comics to be going to a Disney audience. And legit films too. Dark Knight was so good that they killed Heath Ledger (little prick spoke out against the war anyway) to ensure its legend.
We need to appeal to all sorts of people. Golden boys. Misunderstood dark loners. Disenfranchised immigrants. Clever girls.
So, we get Hunger Games, in which the hero takes up bow and arrow against a corrupt Capital. New Star Wars - if you see a corrupt government it is your duty to rebel. Hyper normalization - BBC documentary about how we all know the system is broken and politicians are lying, and yet we do nothing. Why?
Then, we instill a supervillain in the White House. A proper supervillain. A guy with a tower in New York with his name on top, like Luthor. A guy obviously evil. A guy who is a reality show villain, who knows how to inspire opposition.
They want a hero to arise. They want to watch comic books in real life.
It is sad about Ragnar. I've missed quite a few eps recently. Wondered if Travis (in part) was avoiding becoming type-cast. Also wondered the same for Peter Capaldi as the Doctor, actually.
Don't know much about Travis other that he's a country VIC boy, possibly with very good acting prospects ahead, and that I'd be happy to watch his movies!
LOL, that’s interesting, kxk… it sent me down a Travis Fimmel rabbit hole… He seems very laid back and down to earth in interviews.Travis was only cast to appear in the first series, and he was supposed to die and be gone.
He is so riveting & fantastic they had to keep him, and managed to persuade him to stay for 3 and a bit more series.
People don't seem to suffer from typcasting as much these days, better writing and better actors probably.....I mean Capaldi is in the Paddington movies, Travis has bout 4 movies to be released.
Look at Brian Cransten, he went from a silly Dad in the Middle, to his epic druggie role
