Did anyone pick up on this? They made this huge mess after each bit of cooking but when they returned everything was clean and nice.

Do we have magic Kitchel Elves on the show or is that a bit of TV magic?

Next up are the super weird brother and sister. I can't stand them either...... What's the deal with her. Every time she looks at him it's like she's his lover? It looks a bit off.

That is the second time you have mentioned they act like lovers what is it that you are seeing that makes you think that? I'm not seeing it, they just come across as close brother and sister to me.

Re the Spice Girls, I am not a believer in karma at all but certainly their over exuberant youthful confidence did come back and bite them on the bum. Actually I felt sorry for them by the end. :( I want them to stay in, they are entertaining unlike some of the other couples who have given nothing so far.
 
Have to watch spices later - get the feeling this show casts a whole bunch that cook ok, and they are all rather boring - so the last couple in each group are freaks for fun, they dream they can cook just missed the bit of actually doing it.

We had those dipshits from WA, well a few from WA were idiots with big egos;
and the fat ego doctor from Quuensland etc.
Probably they can cook a bit- but they take a week to prep, then a day to cook, and everyone casting knows they will crap themselves under time limits

Smart? Possibly, but pretty stupid in choice of men. Dark? My hair is very dark indeed. I loved Renovators; tried The Block for the first time last year and found it totally unwatchable.

Can I call you Sis? :D

Weren't they horrible? I can't even get my head around how rude and disrespectful they were. Laughing at someone else's food when yours was declared "inedible" by Manu? And then handing out a 1. They seriously have to go.

Not to mention the "Jackass and Blah Blah Show" this series has turned in to.

I hope Stefano and Lisa cook their little hearts out and send those morons back from whence they came.

And what was it with one of them crying last night? The show wasn't even about them?

I wonder how all the contestants feel now that the show is over as it was all taped last year. I mean watching themselves on TV?

I not longer feel sorry for them because they were bad sports last night giving the Qld team a 1.

Why do you keep saying the Qld team act like lovers when they are brother and sister :confused: weird.

There were a couple of times when Elle kept looking at Jake in a funny way.... Was last week and on the night the indian girls cooked.. Just it looked strange the way she kept looking at him. It's all subjective though.

I read that as seeking approval, which is normal sibling behaviour. In this case Jake is the Queen Bitch, so when Elle has a go she looks at him as if to say "was that bitchy enough?". The way they were sniping at each other last night about her ice cream was typical immature sibling behaviour.

Finally watched spice girls - i don't want that gone it was far more entertaining watching fools make fools of themselves, and keep bitchy bros & sis - but the rest, boring and they cooked boring food.
The next batch better be more interesting.

Wonder if stefano is trying to get residency with that woman who looks down her nose at everything.
Since this show is not about the food - especially this time round, just watching for the bitch fights:)

Oh and I forgot - we got a good perspective of how unfoodie this lot is with the pasta..........cooked to perfection 2 chefs and an Italian,
And the rest = wouldn't have a clue.
 
Yes loved the comments from Pete and Manu about the Italian thinking the pasta was al dente, the rest of them looked so stupid. This lot are less foodie than previous contestants, that's for sure. They also seem pretty boring apart from the Spice Girls and the Dancer and his sister. I am hoping there is some sort of twist to keep the spice girls in just for the entertainment factor.

Well hopefully next week there are some decent cooks who are also entertaining to make up for the boring contestants left from week 1. (apart from Jake)

I hate saying this, but I was saying to my wife last night I would wager that they met possibly under abnormal circumstances and yes he is only in it for the Visa/Residency.

The only thing is I have noticed Italians like a different look in women so maybe in Italy she is hot.
