Brent's big weakness is desserts. I have no doubt he'll get to the final 2, but if a part of the finale is replicating some complex dessert, he's in trouble and whoever he's up against in that final - Declan is my guess - would beat him.

Peter Gilmore pressure test tonight by the looks of the promo, and Channel 10 is teasing "the hardest ever finale dish" for the season finale on Sunday night.
The judges clearly want Brent to win, he seems to win all the advantages and so on, whereas I suspect Declan is probably the better cook.
And Theo isn't too bad either.
Rhiannon I discount at this point!

I did a prawn risotto tonight and over cooked my prawns
Was still nice, but would be been better if they'd have been succulent.
