Caramel sauce was one of the first things that I cooked. Mainly because my brother and I used to skim off the top when we came home from school. Suddenly there was no more, so I tried to make it. My mum got so fed up, she taught me how to make it. Ridiculously easy and I still make it for Christmas presents. I do add salt to it these days.
