Agree! We often have curried sausages, and my favorite type of cake is a coffee cake!

Our curried sausages is a mixture of pork sausage beef sausage and chicken sausages cut up and slices of hard boiled eggs. The sauce is basically a cheese sauce that has curry in it. Also has oniion in it. Served on rice. MasterChef judges would hate but it tastes yum
lol no worries, i know it sounds weird, it is a childhood sensory thing and comfort thing as well as yum thing for me.Eww, I am sorry but both those recipes - scare me still
And why not use other meat? Like chicken or beef sliced, the sausages floating in sauce look gross.
Sorry I find sausages a bit weird too anyway, only eat specific sausages.

Little Chinese sausages are nice in fried rice sliced, I think I may be too Chinese to appreciate fat sausages
I love rissoles and meat loaf - just a big rissole, scrambled eggs.
What do you do with grated cheese & carrot? I like the sound of that?
