...I'm not too sure that I could eat anything that consisted of 'Halumie'... it makes me gag just thinking of it... it would be akin to eating something like Tripe or Brains to me... just saying... cheers.

You know this show too well, Mr. S!
The only think I know about Halumi is that when I have eaten it I ahve had it in cubes lightly floured and fried and it squeaks when you chew it. its quite yum. never had buffalo halumi though as far as I know.
...now it's Doctor Ray's turn... he makes this dish for his kids at home apparently... they absolutely hated it... so that makes him #3 in tomorrow nights cook-off it seems... cheers.
