Masterchef 2016

I've said it before but i really, really hate raw meat, and the prospect of making something edible out of all that steak doesn't excite me at all. I love Matt but his raw beef with raw egg yolk made my stomach churn, and Mimi's "overcooked" meat was still too pink for me. Isn't the degree to which meat is cooked a PERSONAL preference? I don't think it's fair that these judges continually deem everything overcooked because it isn't still walking around.
 
...the promo called this guest Chef that is coming on tonight's show "the best female Chef in the World!"... they've forgotten you already Nigella my sweet dear... the bastards!... (don't worry Nigella... I still love you at least!)... cheers.
