I went to a restaurant called the Stinking Rose lol. They specialise in heavy handed garlic.

I would so love that. Love the stinking rose. I can buy Aussie garlic virtually year round. Thanks to my gorgeous little vege shack. Talking to the owner last week, he said that he can't eat garlic and onions. Totally allergic. Respect.

..if George and Garry just leave these people alone in mid-cook then what they present is a true representation of their cooking abilities... the only time that they stick their noses in is whenever one of their favourites may fail or when someone like Matt is doing too well and they are trying to instill self doubt into them to make them fail... they should shut the hell up and let them either sink or swim... that's what competition is all about isn't it?... cheers.
