His pudding is heavy, but at least his ice-cream doesn't taste of fig, so it's not a total loss. George, for his part, doesn't see much honesty on the plate. When will the lies stop, Filippo? Why can't your pudding just tell the damn truth? George tells him to stop trying to make things "restauranty", which is a bit rich coming from the creator of the deconstructed Greek salad

I was surprised Filipo went last night, I thought it was going to be Wade. I gotta say, that was a weird ass way he made his quiche. Who cooks the egg filling bit first?
 
Poor old Fillipo, it really felt quite a bit like those judges picked on him throughout.

And it was noticeable how Mindy kept helping everyone but Fil.............bit sick of her balcony directions
 
Mindy seems to love Andrew, which is a shame, he's my least favourite based on personality plus he's an uninspiring cook..
 
Damn damn damn stupid tea cosy is still there and she is STILL bawling her eyes out, she is coming across as borderline mentally unstable at this point.

I had noticed the Andrew and Mindy love too, very odd that is. With him being in the immunity test tonight I don't know if I can even be bothered watching.

Re George having a go at Fillipo on trying to be himself and saying if he went to his house for tea, would his meal look like this...This is all coming from the man who goes on and on and on and on about the contestants putting up restaurant quality meals! He wants restaurant quality when they put up home cooking and home cooking when they put up restaurant quality. Make up your mind, George!

I think she's very clever. She is a good cook with an immunity pin. The longer she keeps the weaker cooks in the competition and helps them get rid of the better ones, the better chances she has of winning. She could out-cook Andrew and the other weaker cooks she supports with one hand tied behind her back and she knows it. I think that's why she's doing it.

Mindy did the big leg wrap hug thing around Wade last night too. She's always doing that to the single guys...I've seen her do it to Sam, Beau and Andy too. She's starting to look a bit desperate. They always look somewhat shocked when she launches herself at them and seem to put her down and push her away fairly quickly. She doesn't seem to take the hint though.

Is she? I didn't know that. I must have missed where they mentioned it. She doesn't set off my gaydar in the slightest. I thought she'd just split from her boyfriend.
And yes, that's my theory - evil genius.

When they lined up the 3 past winners...........my thoughts.......
1.can't stand you or your food, why does 9 love you;
2. love you, hurry up with that restaurant I want to eat your food;
3. meh.....boring, can't remember what you food was.

And........the only one I consider is a CHEF.......Adam

Yeah, she does it all the time. She did it to Wade last night as soon as he walked in the room at the end.
 
Adam was a bit of a dud winner, I thought. He was a good cook and nice guy but the first thing he did was to move back to Japan. Not much use if he's not even in the country.

All that business of Mindy running up and down the balcony helping Wade was ridiculous and yeah I noticed Audra doing the leg hugging thing last night too.

and yeah I missed the Mindy gay thing too.
 
I want Mindy in an elimination challenge. Just to knock a bit of the smugness and smirking out of her.

I really like Julia, they have picked on her, Fillipo, Andrew......who's the next victim?
 
Missed that about Mindy too, and btw her nose unbalances her whole face, if only it was a little bit smaller she would be quite the attractive lady.

The best thing about Kate IMO is that she would make a very good tv host or voice over lady (and I remember thinking this last year) her tone is very even, she has excellent pronunciation and a good voice, not to boosy, not too condescending.

I am tempted to think Julie's ch 9 popularity is just as much about her look as it is her cooking. She is totally relateable for all the housewives.
