Adam Sandler is helping develop a full length movie of this.

If this gets made into a full movie I will be near the start of the line...... Love the 80s and used to play games like this all the time...... I hope they put Pheonix in there that game rocked.

Sorry that picture is icky... the tatoo I mean.

I know about the fluids but I was reading online and froma medical POV what they did was possible. I read that they had consulted doctors about the whole mouth / bum thing and they said that they could have eaten bottom stuff but it would have been poisonous over time.

i think the idea of doctors looking into this topic very....ew....

I have absolutely zero desire to watch a movie about people having their mouths sewn to other people's bumholes.

Sorry.

You won't want to watch the following tube I found on "KRudd's favorites" then :)

Daybreakers on DVD
It was ok for a film made in Australia. It didn't have an Australian film feeling about it, few characters were pointless and they completely re-written the rules of vampires. But for a fun action vampire flick it was good
6/10

Get Him To The Greek
I liked Forgetting Sarah Marshall more probably cause the storyline wasn't all just about the main character. Russell Brand was his usual self, I couldn't take my eyes off Jonah Hill's 5 chins (I swear he's gotten fatter) but the standout in this for such a small role was Rose Byrne, hilarious!
7/10

I know I am waaay behind the times but I saw Superbad on Go! Sat. night, very good indeed (as you all no doubt know already)

Gee I haven't seen it yet, it's out there and available but I'm waiting for my youngest to see it at the cinema first. I've just read up about Toy Story 3...$100 million in the first week, some people are giving it 10/10  I can't wait :D

Yours, Mine & Ours with Lucille Ball and Henry Fonda. What a wholesome, family picture! She was up for best actress in a comedy role for that picture. Really enjoyed watching it cause haven't seen it for a long time.

Has anyone seen RoboGeisha?

This world normally be SO NOT my genre, but the trailer has my interest piqued enough to want to buy the DVD.
Is it worth the $30?

I've BT'd it actually.

Alot of these films... the super violent Japanese movies, and things like the Human Centipede... the trailers are fun and wild, but I think sometimes that's all you need to see. 3 minutes of craziness that makes you grin. But an hour and a half of it? Not so much.

Thanks, Karaoke. :) Cult Japanese films aren't really my bag, but the trailer looked like a hoot.
So it's just pure, non-stop, mindless violence with no actual plot to speak of then?

I only watched half of it.
There's a plot for sure, but tough to get into when you only have bad subtitles, and then I found myself fast-forwarding to the next action sequence... and then "eh, I'm going to bed".

I think you have to be in the right mood for it, and it would help if you had other people with you so you can throw smartarse comments around.

Hmm. Well, in that case I might just be content with having saved my time and money by simply enjoying the trailer and leave it at that then. :D

2001: A Space Odyssey
Probably the millionth time I've watched this. One of my favourite films of all time.

I love it too. Late at night on Bluray, it's dreamlike.
If you ever get the chance to see it in a cinema, then go for it.

Another movie I really want to see again is Lawrence of Arabia.
I haven't seen it in ages. It's an incredibly long movie, but if you can sink into it and go along for the ride, it's magnificent.

Yeah, I received the blu-ray today. It looks amazing. Ignoring some of the outdated technology, the movie still looks like it could've been made today. I agree, it's very dreamlike. I love the sound design, like the sound of breathing when they're in space.. it's hypnotic and calming in a way.. or something. And of course the classical music used throughout is so great too. That combined with the slow, sort of methodical shots.. It's just so brilliant.

I would love to see it in a cinema. Hopefully one day it'll be re-released.
