And we were talking about those with actual rich boyfriends buying stuff for them. Do you believe that makes a woman less independent?

It has never been established as fact that Jade's bf was in fact rich, much less throwing funds her way.
 
Fair enough, I never cared that much to listen intently whenever Jade whinged about her ex bf. *yawn* A scorned woman is hardly a reliable source of impartial information anyway, take whatever she said wiht a grain of salt. 😗

I came across these boards way after BB finshed when I saw someone mention them on twitter. There's interesting/funny stuff on here and some killer gifs too. People seem less hysterical than on Facebook/Twitter and open to discussing things/other peoples opinions but I guess that might because it's 'off season'? What's it like here when BB is on? Crazy but worth it?

Yeah this place gets a bit crazy during the BB season, but as you said there are people on her willing to have actual discussions, I know it's hard to do that on Facebook. Well whenever I've tried to be sarcastic or have a discussion I've been called a troll.... I mean on Facebook. I hope you stick around for when BB starts because it is crazy, but 100% worth it, watching BB last year was so much more fun because of all the people here.

Cool, thanks - I'll look forward to it! I know what you mean about Facebook too - I hate how the word 'troll' and 'hater' are thrown around the minute you disagree with someone.
