I think it's okay @declan, it would be very surprising if Ed was coming for the Fringe opening weekend. Jade seems to really like Nathan so hopefully they do catch up.

I'm not sure we're out of the woods yet [MENTION=33321]delcan[/MENTION]. It seems weird to me that Jade would choose to pay to fly to Adelaide just to do this thing with Nathan when she could easily go see him in Melbourne. If Channel 9 have roped Ed into this too because he's from Adelaide then I could see Jade going too because of the "couple" gimmick.

Yeah you're probably right, it just seems weird to me that they'd ask her of all people to go to Adelaide. You'd think 9Adelaide would want Ed given he's from there. That's what's making me think Ed probably is going and they wanted Jade as well for the gimmick.

As Nathan is Mcing at the Fringe and has been involved in the race around the block ticket giveaway, I thought he may have been MCing/covering the race rather than being in it. Maybe he is in a team, though? Will be interesting to see.

It's possible - but I wonder if Ed would go if Jade was going?
I had wondered the other night when Jade couldn't sleep and was overthinking things and wondering what to do next, whether she was referring to work options. I remember after her eviction her mother had said that Channel 9 had said Jade had a gotten herself a career (words to that effect), but she hasn't done anything with them - focusing instead on acting lessons and auditions with modelling thrown in for an income.
At the time of Jade's post I wondered if she was thinking she may have to accept different types of offers - maybe acceptng this Adelaide thing is from that thought process
I'd also thought the "what to do next" insomnia was related to career path, despite a few people speculating it may have been guy trouble. I also remembered that when she left the house her mum said she had some offers from Channel 9 but since we never heard anything else about them I'd assumed she probably turned them down considering acting is all she really wanted to do and I never got the sense that Jade was in any way interested in the media/presenting type stuff they do on 9. However at the end of the day she has to pay bills and acting is a very long and difficult industry to get into, especially if you want to actually make money from it. She's probably realised this and is looking at other types of offers (like the modelling work she did the other day) that she can make some income from in the meantime.
P.s. Just realised Ed tweeted Nathan 3 days ago telling him to say hi to everyone in Radelaide for him and LiveFromCh9 have started following Jade (and Nathan) but aren't following Ed. So he might not be going too.
