Jade 2013 Appreciation thread

Sorry [MENTION=31088]Insomniac[/MENTION] and [MENTION=35037]Drade 2013[/MENTION], I didn't mean to single you out. When I was reading through the thread there was all of this confusion about Ed that sparked my thoughts and I just picked your two posts as emblematic of the confusion. I'm just trying to say that if you try to read into Ed's posts ANYTHING at all, you run into danger, because his use of twitter is not consistent, due to his teasing use of hashtags with his friends that leaves outsiders going...huh?

I think Jade is quite savvy ,as she did say in the bb house she is very good with money,so I would hope with or without Ed's commitment, she would embrace any business opportunities that comes her way.She is levelled headed enough to realise that the window of opportunity is limited,and she would have to make the most of it while she can.

I think right now, because neither are speaking and because they at least appear to be on the same page, it looks better for Jade. Yes, we all know that Ed is the one holding things back, but as long as she plays it like it's a mutual decision, at least publicly it looks better for her than if she was just constantly posting things to or about him.

I agree about Jade's financial skills, which is why I've always said she wouldn't move anywhere unless it was financially feasible. However, in the rush of full blown love, and with a little financial cushion from her BB stint, I can see her putting all of her focus there. But, even if she didn't rush there, if they had become such an identified twosome immediately, I think it would have made the opportunities more limited in the long run, especially if the relationship crashed and burned.

I do like the image, though, of her holding in her back pocket the possibility of a Tell-All article should she be experiencing financial difficulties in the future. I usually like people to keep stuff private, but since I don't really care for him, I wouldn't mind if she profited from their relationship in the end.

You're right, and I don't have the time either to try to work him out - sometimes you just have to filter the bs out of your brain so you can focus on important things lol
 
lol...no worries. I wasn't really following what was going on here last night. That comment I made about Ed I have been feeling for a while now. I guess I just can't understand what he is doing. It's really none of my business it's his life but it's just frustrating to watch is because it might be affecting Jade and I'm not really talking emotionally here, I'm more concerned how in every interview or questions people ask her about is to do with her and Ed. I bet she would really like to talk more about her wanting to do more acting.

That's true,but since both of their careers are in the media spotlight,I think this would be their normal life from now on.
I don't know,I just don't see the harm in saying they're going out(that would stop the the constant questioning from people).If it fails so what,sometimes overanalysis leads to paralysis.

We're not exactly talking a marriage proposal here. If anything I think the continuing speculation is working in his favour and not necessarily hers.

At this particular non-second I'm tending to agree with you (but reserve the right to change my mind shortly).

But I guess the stumbling block to that is they are not around each other often enough at the moment to be able to be in a proper relationship

It's up to him to say something though. I for one am glad she's keeping quiet. She did the pursuing in the house so if something is going to be said it better be HIM that initiates it or it'll just fall back on her.
So when I said 'as long as it takes' it was in answer to how long can she keep on saying it for, and I stand by that.

I was definitely talking about Ed,because he started it so it should be him that says it.

I loved that when she was asked about whether he was her boyfriend in that interview at the arias, she sounded quite unconcerned about it all, as if it really isn't a big deal (good girl Jadey :))
 
To be honest I just want to see her pictures from the photoshoot yesterday and also know where she's off to next lol

I don't want to see Ed anyway in any more pairs of tight pink pants

Do you think it's in the next issue of GC magazine?I might ring the newsagent to find out when it comes out.
Tight pink pants is not a good look,hope he picks up some good tips from all those # mens magazine #fashion!!

I just rang the newsagent,new issue won't be out till Jan 2014. Soooo long to wait!

Haha I think Ed wants to be in those magazines. Which would be better than anything he has to speak in :)

Another month? Noooooo - maybe they'll put some picture up online before then. Hopefully!?

geez, 2 months. Not good for someone so impatient as me.

Edit: I meant 1 month, darn I just realised it Dec already! Christmas is just around the corner.

Something about that bothered me - I couldn't watch it all. I just kept fast fowarding then stopping, watching for a couple of seconds, then moving forward again (12 minutes without ads- pretty much a Friday night show). It made me feel uncomfortable
