The problem is, there's nothing to talk about regarding this, so we talk about what's available, and, right now, the only stuff available is the latest articles.

I say this as someone who was squealing on another message board yesterday when Lea Michele tweeted about rehearsing her first single with her band for an upcoming performance and then again today when she tweeted about shooting the music video. Give me something like that for Jade and I'll be all over it

Yep. People will discuss whatever they have. I genuinely could not care less about Ed or what's going on with JadEd, but I will discuss it since I love discussing things with you guys and Jade doesn't update much to give us new info to talk about.

We need to get Lea Michele to give her some tips on how to update regularly to keep the fans happy lol.

Yeah I noticed that too. A friend had a go at him the other day for clogging up his twitter feed and no doubt his bro has been in his ear about it. What astounds me is that he has more twitter followers than Jade and more than the winner of lasts year's Big Brother.

Jade has more instagram followers, though. I don't know their twitter numbers, but did Ed start with more since he had the whole football thing?

What really sucks for Jade is that she probably needs some relaxation/rejuvenation time but if she's not careful the BB express will have reached the end of the line before she's boarded the train.

I've seen all of these HMs at various openings and events, but somehow I don't see Jade doing that kind of thing. The hospital stuff is more her style, I think, than these parties and such. Katie and Lucy appear to be everywhere. What do you think Jade should be doing?

Her mother said that she's already had TV offers from channel 9 as well as some promotional things. I guess it's a matter for her to think about where she wants to go and not sign up for anything that's going to constrain her so that she'll still have the freedom to pursue what she wants.

The housemates that left the house early have definitely capitalised on their fame quite well, especially Katie and Lucy it seems. As you said, i'm not sure she'd be happy appearing at the opening of envelope like some of the others but she does need to get herself out there asap. I think basing herself out of either Sydney or Melbourne would be a good start and i'm surprised that she didn't do that prior to BB for her modelling career.

I was thinking yesterday that the coconut water tweet was the first one from Ed after he'd spent a night with his footy mates after posting multiple times daily - sometimes too much even for someone like me looking for goss - before that. What are the chances they gave him stick about the whole BB thing and maybe even Jade when he was out with them?

I was kind of picturing a hybrid of Fabio, Drew and Justynn if anyone can picture that.

I'd say chances were pretty high. The one who was giving him shit for clogging his twitter used the hashtag #jadesmate, so you know he copped it from them.

I was picturing Drew with slightly shorter (and clean!) hair and brooding dark eyes. We're all going off of her description to Drew of her type of guy, aren't we?

Very high i'd say. I was hoping that he would learn to stand on his own two feet a little more post-BB but it must be hard when you care about others opinions so much and have an overbearing twin brother. I can definitely see his brother's and his mates' opinions dissuading him from pursuing something further with Jade even if he wanted to. He seems to be at the stage in his life when his mates are his priority. I think that in a couple of years when all his mates start partnering up, he'll wonder how he let a girl like Jade slip through his fingers.

I think she didn't move because she was saving money living with her grandparents and trying to figure out what steps she would take next. She wanted to be financially secure before going out on her own, I think.

Now I imagine she's feeling somewhat paralyzed. She has to figure out the best move for herself and I really don't think she has anyone to talk to about this stuff. Family wouldn't know much about this, I would guess. I'm trying to think of who could help her and only Tully really comes to mind, and even then I'm not sure that's her best option. Maybe Katie and Lucy, but they have their own schtick going on and seem pretty happy appearing wherever and whenever. I figure when it all fades, they'll just head back home. But Jade wants a career and, depending on what's being offered to her, she may be having difficulty figuring out what will get her where she wants to go. Her modeling management really doesn't seem to be much of a help to her!

As for Channel 9, I wonder how committed she is to them already and I wonder if signing on for more with them would be a mistake. From what I understand, Channel 9 is pretty crappy, or do I have that wrong?

I gotta be honest, all the pics of him and his brother are kinda creeping me out. WAAAAAYYYYY too entwined, those two. Jade is better off far away from that.

I think he'll convince himself that Jade was too troubled and he was smart to stay away from her. Which is why her being successful and having that for his mates to rub in his face one day is just delicious to contemplate. ;)

Convince himself he will. Can you imagine his brother allowing Jade to come between the two of them, no chance. Especially when his football career has just ended. I think we were definitely spot on with the Nick avoiding Jade in Melbourne theories.
