Insomniac, I don´t believe it´s a joke. The thing that he said: "I heard some comments from the other housemates" give him a little credibility in my opinion. He could just said : Oh, i think he´s a jerk and he was acting the whole time", but he add the housemates thing.

And I feel really bad for Jade is that´s what is happening with Ed.

What a change from late last night. I was thinking it was really positive but this morning I read Ed is out with you guessed it Jaz and Heidi and Boog to all hours of the morning. Doesn't sound like the dutiful boyfriend who can't wait to see his girl. I still suspect something is going on with his flatmate. Nick posted a pic on Melbourne cup day saying that he was 'looking after' her that day. Ed commented twice "What's wrong Annie" with no response. Something is fishy in my opinion. Anyway I hope for Jade's sake that it works out but Tim's comments (which probably came from Jade's friends in the house) sound ominous.

Morning all. So happy for Jade and (yes....) Tim and Tahan. When it all went down it seemed like a fitting end to the series. Best line of the night for me has to be when Sonia clocked Ed with the "I LOVE CASH" comment. It reminded me of when she clocked Brynne Edelsten on DWTS. Hope for good things for Jade from here. Most of all - enjoyed the BB forum and members on this thread in particular (you all have such exquisite taste!).

Sonia has been gunning for Ed for a while, I'm sure she's seen her fair share of players in her time. Go Sonia!
 
Kyle straight out asked her if she and Ed had sex and she was like 'ha' *awkward laugh* "I've barely seen him since I got out, I was spending time with my family" and Kyle said "But you snuck over to see Ed for a bit of somethin-somethin, didn't you?" Jade: "Ha, no I didn't, I haven't yet - " Kyle: "Did you hear that, Jackie? YET."

It was pretty funny, Kyle being his usual blunt self! Not afraid to ask questions. They also spoke about how Ed was with her at the afterparty, she said he was very sweet and concerned for her well-being as she was upset during the last week.

I actually don't think they came from her friends in the house, all of whom seem to be friendly with Ed. I think they came mainly from the HMs who watched their relationship on television and who have the same opinion as probably the majority of people who watched the show. Could be a very valid opinion, but I have no idea.

As for going out last night, I think it's a struggle, because, to be fair, the night celebrated the ending of BB for Ed as well as Jade. He should be allowed to enjoy it. Jade, on the other hand, just stepped into the real world and wanted to catch up with her family. She saw Ed a week ago, she hasn't seen her mom for 3 months and her dad for a year. Jade also probably had to be up early for media interviews, so no doubt she went to bed early. Of course Ed could have been with her, but, again, it's not like they were separated for a long period of time.

It is very hard for me to believe that Ed would go to all the trouble to fake being interested in Jade to save his reputation, only to turn around and just throw it all away. Why make nice with her family, why pretend to be interested, only to prove all the doubters right?

I don't know, it's all so confusing to me!

Jackie : Wait what were they saying? Tim : They say that it's all an act and he's really a jerk. We didn't know that he nominated Jade and found out at the trick or treat....Kyle: that was a dog act, while he was getting a fiddle under the doona.

So in other words it has nothing at all to do with what's happened since he's left it's just what they've judged from his time in the house. Like many, still basing in on things he did before he shared her bed.

I think the fact that Jade spent time catching up with her family and didn't immediately feel she had to be hanging onto Ed should END those clinger comments.

He and the others got back to the hotel at 4, that's when she had to be up. Tim, Tahan and Jade would have all gotten home early.

There would have been zero opportunity for Jade and Ed to have a personal chat during last night and it really wasn't the time and place to have a d&m. In fact it would have been selfish and inconsiderate of Ed not to give her time to celebrate.

I think people are just really jumping the gun. I don't think we're going to find out the facts for a little while yet.

That's making it about what they saw on the show, not what happened out of the house. Basically they were telling Tim he was right for thinking that Ed was using Jade, based on what they saw on the episodes.

I don't know, all of this is so confusing to me.
 
Ok I'm still obsessing. lol
I still wanted to know what the %s was on Monday's eviction, so I Wikipedia it.
For those who care to know:
Boog - 3.8%
Drew - 14.1%
Tahan - 26.0%
Jade - 26.5%
Tim - 29.6%

Tim was way in front at this stage so it was a really good effort that Jade was only 2% behind and the gap was widen between her and Tahan.

Also I looked back past %s and Jade has always beaten Tahan on those weeks that they were both up. Jade has always come either 1st or 2nd when she has been up. She was always a strong contender since week 1. She has done all that without all the scamming and scheming inside and outside the house. Well done Jade! It was not a fluke that she came 2nd.

Totally agree with both of these posts. I don't trust Ed as far as I can throw him, but nothing has happened since last night to make me feel any differently about the situation. Jade blowing him off to be with her family that she hasn't seen in ages is a totally appropriate thing to do. As is Ed going out and partying with the HMs. They looked like they caught up for a few moments during the night, and I'm sure they'll get together and discuss things more when Jade's media commitments ease up. She only got out a few hours ago.

Sounds like the HMs that disliked Ed and were able to watch on the outside are just taking the opportunity to lay the boot in based off the same things we saw on the show. He's been pretty damn supportive of Jade since he's been out. I'm not saying it's genuine, but I haven't seen anything to say that it isn't either.

Tim said that he's hearing this from the other housemates. These are the housemates have spent the last four days with Ed (they arrived at the Gold Coast on Sunday for rehearsals). Some hadn't seen him in weeks. No doubt whatsoever that they would have asked him the questions that everyone wants to know. What really happened? Was it for real? Are you looking forward to seeing Jade?

What happened to Miss T was eerily similar to Estelle last year. She was up so many times that her loyal fanbase was financially exhausted when it came to the last leg of the race. Whereas the nice but boring Jade managed to fly under the radar sparing the pocket of her hmmm fans for large chunks of the season, hiding behind her obsession with Ed and thus underestimated by her fellow inmates.
 
Tim probably also found out about "win a date with Ed" and how Ed's family has been trashing Jade on their blog.
