Jade 2013 Appreciation thread

This is a whole new topic, which is why I did not bring it into discussion.

I was responding to a claim that tahan was mean to the girls early on, not the house dynamic now.

But I'm happy to discuss the situation at hand now too. They are groups now, yes. Also they all bitch. As mentioned before. Jade and ed had a go about the others being in The pool. I do t care for the bitching anymore as they all do it. Bitching is not being nasty. Jade is not a victim in all of this, none of them are. I don't paint tahan as some kind of victim, but I do point out that she too has had bitchiness towards her by the girls.

Why is Jade become part of the girls group just because she was friends with them? The fight was against Tahan and the sisters and then Tahan and Mikk. Apart from that hole comment what else has Jade done to her? Jade rightly so didn't like the way Tahan treated the sisters and nominated her for it. But apart from that Jade has remained nice to her. She even told Tim that she didn't even want her ignored and be all alone and they made sure to include her.

Well it depends on how you saw it, now given I was a fan of Mikkayla at the time so its nothing to do with not liking the girl
But Mikkayla started it by running straight to the sisters and repeating what was said (like tahan wasn't the first person to say something nasty about someone else)
At the time I did wonder if it was a deliberate attempt to separate herself, and whoever she could get to join her, from Tahan. But it wasn't until she actually said out loud about wanting to warn Nathan about her that I realised that's exactly what she was trying to do.
The lack of obvious divide in the house as soon as she left is just another example.
Mikkayla took an instant dislike to Tahan, some say its because Tahan said she knew she could beat her but I think it was from the moment she layed eyes on her.... she wanted Tahan to be the outcast, she used typical high school behaviour to do it and failed.

See I cant see it that way and for those who do then why wouldn't it then be Drew's fault that Jade said Tahan could fall in a hole and die? Mik did not make Tahan say it, They were Tahan's words, they were not changed or anything. It was wrong of tahan to say those things. Do I think they needed to know? No, and I have said that time and time again with all this they said this crap going on in the house but Tahan clearly did not like the sisters even before that, the words were her own and she is the one responsible.

Plus I dont even see that as the start. I think Tahan was bad towards them way before then. "I wish I had long fake gross hair" ring a bell to anyone??

I really think her infactuation or whatever it may be with Ed has ruined it for the both of them

But whats with her "don't do that or youll get in trouble" she really is the fun police, I think the ed situation is really getting her down

And to that can I just say that I any other year she would have fit into the group well. Just because this year there are a huge amount of people who dont care about rules or respect BB doesnt mean she is not a good housemates because she does choose to do the right thing. Each year there is normally one or two HM's that act like that, this year most do because BB has not been pulling them up on anything. They really are like a bunch of out of control school kids on camp. lol

as ive said already Mikkayla made it that way.... Jade just got dragged into it

They really obviously became two groups when one group was mucking around in the pool while the other was sitting off to the side with Mikkayla saying she would join them if Tahan wasn't there

and unfortunately for Jade, she was shown as being part of many of Mikkis bitch sessions about Tahan it was the same with the sisters, Mikki did all the talking but because they were listening apparently they were just as bad

All very highschool but entertaining lol

That is not true, she has done far more in the house then just been with Ed and like it or not, Ed is a part of the experience for her. Good on her I say. Sure, I cant stand Ed but she is single, he is hot from what she can see of him he seems like a great guy. Why not give it a go. She knows there is a good chance it wont go anywhere and she is ready for that. Since when is it against the rules of life to not enjoy the moments anyway?

I actually see what she is doing in the house more in the spirit of the game of BB. This used to be a social experiment show and in the past if you were seen as playing the game you used to get crucified. I like how she is just being herself, she is not too worried about winning the game she is in it for the experience and having connections with the other housemates is what she want to achieve.
And I think that is why there is more to her that we can discuss about unlike other HMs, hence the awesome thread .

Agree. Even when the other were bitching she never said anything, like like when Tim and Drew went on about Ed or Ed went on about Tim. It was not until after the Mik thing that Jade was like you know what, I have had enough and even then it was few words far between because clearly she had reached her limit of what she thought was ok.

Yep, agree. The thing is saying sorry is not always enough. Saying sorry at the end doesnt make up for playing dirty.

I know others do not agree but I really think there have been two housemates who have 'cheated' in my books. Ed should have been booted after that comp for a date and Tahan's family and friends have used a lot of tricks, plenty of games, celebrity status and big bank accounts. I just dont think its fair really and I dont want to see either win for that fact alone.

Unfortunately, those 2 are almost trying to buy their way to winning BB. I don't see that as a great achievement if you have to do that.

I cant either. The most she did was agree and even then she was toned. For example the Tim Ed fight thing. Mik and Ed are bla bla bla and Jade put in a yeah, he shouldn't have called you an idiot. Wow, how dare she lol

Even with the Drew stuff she didnt go off she just said I dont know what he is up too but its not the first time and I am not going to trust him again. She wasnt talking about him being the devil and how dare he bla bla bla.

I think she has done pretty darn well for herself considering the crap that is going on around her lol

It has already been explained how we see it as mikk creating this.

Jade has gone around talking to all the hm's that she thinks tahan is a mean person trying to persuade them from liking her. The girls banded together IMO and excluded tahan. You may see it differently but that is how I see it.

I never said it wasn't Drews fault.... ive said all along it was blown out of proportion, there was no need for snitching... but drew didn't sit around waiting for ammunition either

and I could be wrong because I don't have live feed, but ive been under the impression, several people have said that it was the first night the girls were there that Mikki took them off to the bedroom to spill the beans on what Tahan said. The fake hair comment was after the housemates had seen that it was actually fake hair so it was after they'd formed their little alliance and the back and forth bitching had already started

They all act high school to some degree. I guess this is what happens when you stick a bunch of randoms together lol. It's all very lord of the flies.

Its just that compared to what else we're being shown.... bitching, unrequited love etc, its just more entertaining

I find it sad that the comment Jade made a few weeks ago keeps getting repeated and twisted into something she didn't even say and yet two nights ago Tahan says Jade can go suck a fat one and it doesn't even get shown. I find Tahan's comment worse than Jades. At least Jade took hers back.

They didn't show on DS/tv those two incidents.Why?It's because they want to perpetuate the Jade hate train..good for votes...more money .I do sympathise when there is a family tragedy,however such private pain should not be publicised in magazine just a week before bb final,it's not only bad taste but it's tarnishing a painful memory in a ploy to gain votes.

Jade was in a group which of course did some gossipping but i can't remember Jade herself saying anything nasty either - she is just guilty by association.

Something off topic, I just read that Madeline and Jasmine know eachother from school days, possibly dancing. I always thought Madeline walked like a ballerina. I wonder if BB knew they knew eachother or if the housemates did. Jade and Jasmine didn't exactly hit it off.

all this year its been about the bitching they all bloody bitch lol but the fans will argue which one is worse
