Jade 2013 Appreciation thread

I cant believe she left her bracelet under eds pillow that's soooo stupid of her. She's so stupid!! She's SOOOO STUPID!

I mean tim is just such a sweet heart and still you kissing EDS ASS???FAR THE FUCK OUT!
 
OMG Jade is such a SAP. Ed is a gutless wonder with no redeeming qualities beyond his looks. He chooses himself above Jade at every opportunity, yet she keeps coming back for more. She's a disaster.

It's funny, someone like Tim, with his insight and honesty, would probably be a very beneficial partner for her, yet unsurprisingly, she can't see past Ed's muscles. Meanwhile, Ed couldn't give two shits. What a sap.
 
Send all your Jade votes the Sugar Sisters way now, guys! So we can see the back of Tully once and for all!!

I know and I love how she's like "omg he'd be the perfect guy to settle down with. He wouldn't leave me as a single mum with kids and blah blah blah'

higher chance of that happening with ED than with TIM.
Ed's such a man whore and he's thrown her under the bus so many times..yet she feels he's the better person to settle for than tim, who saved her from eviction and DIDNT PUT HER UP?!

That's what I think as well BUT at the same time I can kind of see why she has this hope..most of us have done stupid things, were a bit too optimistic about someone.. so can't really judge her. with her it's all played out on tv..I also think her wishful thinking has a lot to do with the unique circumstances.

Like some people were saying, he should tell Jade what he said to Mikkayla. He makes it so clear to everyone else that he's not interested but he's never said it straight out to Jade the way he said it to Mikkayla tonight for example. Therefore she carries on hope like everyone who's ever been infatuated with a guy who you think is your 'ideal'. He's done nothing wrong to break that image in her mind. That's why I wanted her to be the 'fake evictee' and get his real thoughts. People are judging Jade for not giving up on Ed and saying that they will give up on Jade cause she's so persistent, but Ed hasn't given her a reason to give up in her eyes. She doesn't see what we see, he treats her differently when they're one on one. So I'm not gonna stop supporting her over that even though I don't approve of it. It's just an experience that she'll learn from once she opens her eyes to it.
 
Ed has told her more than once that he's only interested in a bit of fun in the house and the reason he keeps his distance sometimes is cause he doesnt want to hurt her.

Yeah he has but not really...he has a mumbling problem. I think this whole situation is a result of his mumbling problem.
 
All he's said to her is that he doesn't want anything serious beyond what they have, he hasn't told her that he's not interested and that he doesn't welcome her advances like he's expressed to others

Maybe once Big Brother is over and she's out of the house Jade will see things differently. It can't help that they're such a small group of people forced to live together and all they see every day is each other. It is really really frustrating having to watch Jade, though. She's beautiful and more intelligent that she thinks she is. Jade needs to respect herself more.

I agree. We finally heard Ed say tonight to Mik that he doesn't want anything beyond the house but is basically happy with what's happening in the house with Jade. Mik said that Jade keeps repeating this but it she doesn't think it's sinking in. So basically Jade knows this is an in house romance and Ed more than ever tonight showed that he seemed to be happy with one. He even said to Tully and Tahan that Jade going into the P.S. with Tim won't change anything between the two of them. I don't know why people still think that this is a one way relationship. Sure it means more to Jade than Ed, but based on his actions and what he's said on tonight's ep, he seems to be a willing participant even if it's partly strategy for him. Time to stop the Jade bashing people!
 
Jade was making me cringe tonight, but I still love her and I don't think it's a bad thing that she didn't go for Tim. She's said over and over who she liked. What would people have said if she'd responded? That she's a slut who just wants a man? She cops enough of that shit as it is. Mikkayla was a really bad friend tonight. For one jade asked her if the bracelet was too much (it was), but Mikkayla said no. Mikkayla told Ed that Jade was in tears, she wasn't even close! And why is she saying all things things to Ed instead of Jade who really needs a friend she trusts to tell her! Instead she encourages her. I'm convinced more than ever that Jade has been burnt really badly by someone and likes the idea of Ed because he seems so stable (boring). The idealised idea of him anyway, which is so not how he really is... There are people who say that Jade only has fans because they feel sorry for her... Not true!!! I like her for so many other reasons and maybe even more so because she isn't perfect!
 
^^What they said. Was hard watching tonight. I like Tim and Jade, not together but she is just too into Ed and I felt really bad for Tim, even if I dont know his reasons behind his new crush.
 
If Tully is evicted, I wonder if Jade would move back to Drew or stick with Ed. Obviously she doesn't realise not many people like Ed, so it'd be tough for her to make the right decision but I think it would work in the long run. Why else would she have nominated Tully this week?
