Jade 2013 Appreciation thread

I was able to Paypal to someone there $100 to vote for Jade. I do not know yet how that will all translate with fee's and the difference in money. But I will find out soon :D I really wanted to put some money where my mouth is so I used a friend I have in Second Life who is from Brisbane. I have known him for a few years so I really hope it works out. I did not feel comfortable trying to use facebook when I don't know anything about it lol.

Me too. I'm surprisingly content. I think it's because there has only ever been a chance of her winning in the past few days so she's already exceeded our expectations.
 
It's hard to say with betting odds, someone mentioned in another post that not too many people would punt on big brother. It's not like horseracing or football where you have legions of fans and experts running the tabs.

Exactly! The other night a $50 bet was changing the odds dramatically so unless they increased their thresholds today, we can assume this isn't big money coming in. Reality show betting is a tiny market compared to sports so you don't need to bet decent money to move the line. Just keep voting for your favourite everyone and use the odds as a guideline only. They are by no means a sure indicator of who will win. :)
