Jade 2013 Appreciation thread

I'm not really a Jade fan, but I have to say what a great job she did in the snake challenge last night. She took charge, kept calm and kept Heidi calm all while answering the questions correctly.

She definitely did well. I don't have an issue with pythons (anymore) and they wouldn't have given them one that wasn't friendly, but I understand why they were both freaked out.

She did well to keep Heidi calm for sure.

I completely agree, he's been too influenced and brain-washed by Tully that I'm really starting to dislike him. I still think Ed is better looking but Drew is just becoming bitchy ad manipulative....
Tbh I didn't really like him the the first place lol.
Move on Jade you can find love outside the house!

I don't know why Heidi is scared of snakes? I mean honestly, why didn't she scared of herself then?

Me too, but Tim has actually gone up in my eyes because he's an ongoing supporter of Jade. He supported her through the bed situation and Jasmin situation, and Jade said that besides Drew she's closest to him in the house. Cross Drew off the list and you're left with Tim. Tim and Jade= Current faves =) Hope they make it far, they're the main reasons I watch the show now.

Well, after the fake marriage was known, it was her who went after Ed. Poor Drew, he kept a brave face but it wasn't easy for him. She wanted to be away from Drew, and now that Ed have rejected her so often she wants Drew back.

I like Jade and like Drew both of them are pleasant to watch

I think Jade likes the affection with Drew, and feels confident and comforted with him because she has put him in the friend zone, even though I think if she wasn't so set on Ed it would have a chance. That said, Drew knows very well that she has always said she finds Ed attractive, and he's happy to share affection with her. One thing though, she always thought of Drew as the person she was closest to in the house, and I think she thought he felt the same way regardless of the time he spent with Tully, and I think it was a bit disillusioning for her to realise that they aren't.

I don't really think it makes either of them bad people, and I sincerely hope we see them spend a lot of warm moments together, whether in a romantic or friendship setting.

I feel though that input from other housemates and judgments (not just from Tully) really affect them and make them question.

My thing is, as it always has been irl - if I feel that connection to somebody and enjoy their company, and in this case enjoy watching them - then just because some little things they do I may not agree with, I don't feel it's right just to right them off. I think they are both warm and engaging people and are far more better viewing (for me at least) than some others.

Yes it is all interesting to watch. I like Matt and Caleb but they don't do much, so if I have the choice I would prefer them to go.
 
yeah I think Drew does still care for Jade..he comforted her after Jasmin's farewell video this week...and has had some flirty times and chats when Tully isnt around
he could be a bit more concerned with Tully leaving this eviction after the boos at the eviction, where thinks Jade will still be safe for now
 
Jade needs to realize that she has more to her than looks. Yeah she has a good body but really the only reason she interests me is she just seems like a nice person and that stood out to me from the start. She just needs to stop thinking she has to throw her self at guys and be more confident with herself that she has more to her than looks and that guys would be interested in her not just for her physical appearance. I dunno if what i said makes sense, i'm pretty pissed right now lol.

It made sense. And I agree. I liked her because of her personality. And I still like her when she is not around guys. When you add guys to the mix then she starts getting unlikable. If she could just stand on her own and not chase them around she'd be perfect.
 
Check out the live feed video thread, Jade lovers! The one called "All About Ed" especially. Use it as ammo when anyone suggests she has no reason to think they might have a chance and is just a pushy, dim, sexually harassing bimbo. She's skyrocketing in my eyes for various reasons this week and I can't wait to see the dynamics of the house with Jade if/when Tully is gone.
 
im like totally blown away about the fact that Ed wont give in like totally. I mean Jade is so pretty you know? What is wrong wiv Ed? Is he gay? Hot people should go with hot people! If Ed doesnt give in soon we should vote him out because it is a crime he doesnt go wiv jade you know. Poor Jade is only trying to get what God owes her. Team Jade for the win!
 
She has totally mis-read the Tim thing. He isn't gunning for her. He knows she's safe. He's gunning for the wallpaper dudes, Ed and Caleb. Tully will be collateral damage and an inevitable eviction regardless.
 
Aww, she was very sweet in last night's show. I hope it helps get her more votes.

She made a good first impression, then went downhill how/what BB kept focusing on - the ed crap.

I do hope people notice, when BB lets her onscreen without that prick ed, she's lovely.

She was sweet advising Drew, sweet in the diary room.

Ed is so uptight & also deceitful- AFL players & women, not a good vibe out there, he knows that is a dangerous area
 
How are people feeling about jades chances? Does she really have a big fan base to save her this monday? Or is she being forgotten about with all the Tim/Tully dramas?
