The jealousy argument is so stupid, no matter which HM fans are talking about. I'd like to think women - especially ones past their teens/early 20s - would know better than to hurl that at another woman because it's just complete bs. Each of the HMs have given people plenty of reasons to like or dislike them, regardless of what they look like. I like to delude myself into thinking that it's only men saying that rubbish on here.

Yeah I can understand that. I guess what confuses me is that this weekend Jade fans were complaining that she didn't feature much on the LF so that meant BB was biased towards her. And then when they gave us 6 updates featuring Jade yesterday - 4 of them in a row - people were complaining that they didn't like what BB was showing so now they were biased for making her look badly. If she spent her morning and afternoon talking to Ed and getting Drew to draw her a map of Melbourne, what else do they expect BB to show of Jade? I guess that's the part that gets frustrating. They're not giving her a script of what to say in those videos... she's showing us who she is and what she's feeling... but if it somehow may not be favourable to her it's like people expect BB not to show it because it may make her look badly in some people's eyes. And BB just doesn't work that way for any of the HMs.

Everyone overlooks the men huh? It only recently came to my attention when Drew started dobbing people in, people underestimate how Tim is always having harmless fun, wouldn't be so harmless if it were any of the girls
Yeah the guys are definitely given more of a free pass by the public. Not sure why that it is... maybe because more females watch and we somehow find it easier to turn on each other than call out men for their bs? It's sad though. No one in that house is an angel or the devil but even Ed hasn't it copped it like Tully, Tahan, Jade and Mikkayla have. Even fans of the male HMs haven't really had it tough on here. Total bs in my opinion.
Aha, I don't think that's delusional (although I've been told on numerous occasions on this forum that I just be delusional so maybe I'm not the best judge of that
). If some of the trolls that come in here repeatedly are anything to go by though I think that might actually be true aha.

Hahaha... how did you decipher that? When I re-read what I wrote it didn't make sense to me. I'm losing it.
Like I said it might just be 'perceived', but whatever we perceive sometimes becomes our reality. You might not see it that way but some do. I see it my self, it is how I feel about it, you may not that's fair enough.
I had a huge reply but I am not even going to bother. Its over with and I am done.

haha your formatting in that comment reminded me of a few others who post like that on here so I think I'm just used to it now. I did understand you though and totally respect your opinion as always.

I probably have a stake in this fight because I know I've made a couple of comments about the LF thread, but I just don't have the interest to engage in a futile back and forth regarding posters' behaviors and motivations.
I will say this regarding the live feed updates and my opinion, which seems to have triggered some reaction. When Jade was not on the live feed much over the weekend, I wasn't blaming BB, I actually was concerned about Jade. When the multiple updates arrived on Monday, I wasn't all that surprised because I figured with Jade thinking about her possible imminent eviction, the future was going to come up again. What does bother me is the derisive tone the text accompanying the updates took toward Jade. Then BB did the whole "let's make Ed choose" thing, which is another opportunity for Jade to be humiliated. The OS even makes a snide reference to his past choice. Add in the fact that BB has left it to Ed to decide where Jade will sleep and my hackles were raised.
Finally, the Daily Wash then spends a chunk of space giving a report of a dinner discussion in which Jade is once again a fool for love. None of that video appeared on the Live Feed, wasn't even brought up in passing and must have occurred BEFORE Ed was given the dilemma. According to the report, Jade had already been pathetic during the day. Why did BB find it necessary to target her again by making Ed choose? It felt like a lot of unnecessary piling on with Jade the butt of the joke.
All of this is just my opinion, of course.

I agree with you, poor thing even if she had done something exciting during the day, or had a normal convo with say Tahan or Tim etc, I think we know exactly what they will show tonight, I almost don't want to watch.
I am saying this with absolutely NO judgement, but here goes...
It is my opinion that some people become attached to a certain HM - just as some people are attached to a certain football team. One might say, overly attached.
When this happens, said fan sometimes may actually take any critisism of said HM as a personal attack on themselves and respond in an overly defensive manner.
It can be entertaining as an impartial observer, but if you manage to stumble into one of these moments - it can be scary!!!
I like Jade. I wish she wasn't so into Ed, but it is what it is. I like Tahan too. I like Tim and I like Drew. I LOVED Ben, and I don't know how I feel about the rest.
What I do love is seeing these human beings interact with each other in a very controlled environment. It's very cool to waste my time wondering how I would react in their shoes. What I do come up with is that how I would act is not what I would want to see on the big screen.

How can Jade carry on like this is front of so many ppl without feeling completely humiliated? The way she just stalks Ed and never takes no for an answer. She takes advantage of the fact that he cant actually get away from her, the way I am sure he would had they met outside the BB house.
How can she do this and retain any dignity within herself? I mean it really is laughable. Boog said it best tonight, by saying that if you have to work so hard for someone to like you, then you would have to feel like its fake. Dont you girls think thats true? The main reason I dislike Jade is that IMO she is an embarrassment to herself, her family, and women in general, the way she has carried on regarding Ed.
