I still think CS1 is a housemate but is too embarrassed to 'come out'.
Maybe he/she had a completely different personality on the forums. I mean, I'd be disappointed if real life Skye (say if she was Cs1) was intelligent, introvert who was camera shy.

If it is the case I hope CS1 does come back one day. We all know this years BB only showed edited versions of the HM's so I think many would understand that what we saw on TV might be very different to the forum personality. It may take a bit of getting used to if it was someone like Skye (who isn't camera shy!) but CS1's friends on here would still respect and love him/her.
