Rupert is a very good actor....... In the first trial he acted like a doddering old fool with touch of "old timers" and now he's just evading questions and the memory has returned
 
Is it the New Idea this week that has 'Why i took him back' re Fevolas? ummm probably because you don't want to lose the lifestyle you are accustomed to? I can think of no other reason you would stay with that p.o.s after eveything he has exposed you and your children to.

Believe me, he is damn lucky that she has taken him back, I hope he stays away from gambling and it all works for them as a family, he really is a very likable guy and loves his children to bits.

Beyond parody. Barack Obama’s latest ad boasts how a single woman can be married to the government for life.

Julia, who has no face, is depicted at various ages from 3 through 67, enjoying the benefits of various Obama-backed welfare-state programs.

As a toddler, she’s in a head-start program. Skip ahead to 17, and she’s enrolled at a Race to the Top high school. Her 20s are very active: She gets surgery and free birth control through ObamaCare regulations, files a lawsuit under the Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act, and pays off her student loans at a low interest rate. We get updates at age 31, 37 and 42--and then the narrative skips ahead 23 years when she enrolls in Medicare. Two years later, she’s on Social Security, at which point she can die at any time....

At 31, the story tells us, “Julia decides to have a child. Throughout her pregnancy, she benefits from maternal checkups, prenatal care, and free screenings under health care reform.” In due course she bears a son named Zachary, the only other character in the tale… The most shocking bit of the Obama story is that Julia apparently never marries. She simply “decides” to have a baby, and Obama uses other people’s money to help her take care of it. Julia doesn’t appear to be poor; at various points the story refers to her glamorous career as a Web designer, and it makes no mention of her benefiting from poverty programs…

In 1999 Lionel Tiger coined the word “bureaugamy" to refer to the relationship between officially impoverished mothers of illegitimate children and the government. “The Life of Julia” is an insidious attack on the institution of the family, an endorsement of bureaugamy even for middle-class women.

Anyhoo, just got back from seeing "The Avengers". I wonder how many left-ards who have seen it found themselves squirming at the Home Truths Loki delivered re: "freedom" and all that.

It seems to me that The Left / Robespierre's Baby won't realise until far too late exactly what they are setting themselves up for ... and it certainly won't be worth it.

Girl, 19, has fractured spine, leg, and collapsed lung

A MAN allegedly ran down his sister with his car after her cat urinated on his computer.
The 19-year-old woman suffered a fractured spine, a fractured leg and a collapsed lung and remains in a serious condition in hospital.

An argument erupted between the woman and her 20-year-old brother about 2.30pm (AEST) yesterday inside a house at Winmalee, in the Blue Mountains, west of Sydney.

The stoush allegedly began after her cat urinated on her brother's computer.

Police say he dragged his sister across the floor and threw her cat into the car.

The woman was then struck by the car outside the home.

Police have charged the brother with common assault and negligent driving and granted him bail to appear at Penrith Local Court on May 15.

The cat wasn't injured, police said.
