Val would be doing my head in. Why do they tippy toe around her? She is an adult and should be put in her place when she is out of line. She passed a physical to get in there so no reason to keep cutting her slack. She doesn't do anything or contribute. Stop making excuses because of her age. She isn't that much different to how Laurina carrys on yet they pick on her because she is younger?

I think the have all seen it is pointless arguing with Val, they prefer to avoid her grumpy tirades.

He should really try not to talk so bogan. They do a better job on undercover boss and I usually think they do a crap job on that show.
