Episode I'm A Celebrity! AU (2015) - Episode Discussion

...a heatwave?... that was good timing on the part of the producer/s then wasn't it?... lol!... make the celebrities suffer even more eh?... lol!... cheers.

Wouldn't someone in the crew put some sort of powder over it for example to neutralise the smell? Lime or whatever it is?

The campmates put the cold ash from the fire onto it.

It wouldn't smell too good, with that many people - but if they were eating a fuller meat diet it would really stink...

...you would hope so wouldn't you?... lol!...

...putting the ashes in the toilet makes a lot of sense and as you say... them eating so much meat would make it stink big time!... especially during a heatwave that Lindsay was telling us about earlier!... as I said... I'm glad that we don't have 'smell-o-vision' lol!... cheers.

I couldn't believe it when that Laura (so glad one is gone so I can stop trying to remember which one is Lauren etc) thought Barry Hall would be 'thrilled to get out of the camp' and do that highwire challenge - it made me feel sick just looking at it, the sheer terror. He's afraid of heights, Laura, you nong!

A "world first" Tucker Trial. This show gets more and more like Big Brother every day!

...I have mentioned this before either here or on another thread somewhere... I quite like Julia Morris but... again... she's not funny every single friggin' time that she opens her mouth!... and the constant giggling and chortling and laughter off camera is really distracting me and making me enjoy this show less than I should be doing... it is as irritating as when you hear 'canned laughter' like you do in some sitcom shows at times... and as I said once before... they started laughing once when the show first started before she even said something at one time I swear... I wish that they would tone it down... apart from the eating tasks that is about the only gripe that I have with this great show...just having a whinge lol!... cheers.

...hahaha!... Marcia Bradey being taught how to speak 'Aussie'!!!... that's gold!... lolol!... cheers.

...I don't really know Freddy Flintoff from a bar of soap to be honest but he seems like a nice enough bloke... I'm in heaven watching Julie Goodwin and Marcia Bradey... together!... which one do I love the most?... I really can't choose at this moment in time... **sigh**... I've loved Julie for a couple of years now and have only just fallen in love with Marcia... which one?... I'm so fickle!... I guess that I'll just have to share the love equally at the moment I guess... cheers.

Julie is sooo cute - I have a massive girl crush on her, Chrissy and Maureen. I want to hang out with them. They are sooo cool.

...that task that Barry and Joel were trying to do... they were never going to complete that... it seemed to be an impossible task as far as I'm concerned... perhaps Tony Abbott is sick and tired of them completing most tasks and there isn't enough people going hungry and getting gnarly because of it so he's making sure that they don't win it?... just a theory on my part... when they are hungry they get cranky and that creates more interest and ratings in my books... lol!... cheers.

.....good ol' Julie Goodwin came through with the cooking at least for the camp... go Julie you good girl you!... cheers.

Yeah, to be honest I don't mind it sometimes or when she's actually being proper funny, but it sounded so forced tonight and it was awkward. It doesn't have to happen every time they open their mouths!

...um... that's supposed to read... PETER Abbott :arghh:... lolol!... oopsies!... cheers.

Nong to describe Laura was the operative word in choosing Barry but to his credit he did it and got two stars.

I saw her post on Twitter that she chose Barry before she knew it was going to be high up.

I don't mind the laughter actually. I think its genuine. It's probably just the crew who work on the show and I suspect they would have gotten to know Dr. Chris and Julia pretty well and their sense of humour.

Even I burst out loud laughing sometimes like tonight when Julia revealed her luxury item and it was a picture frame of Dr. Chris. Hahahahaa.

I'm really loving this show. I really want Ten to pick up Big Brother because if it would be anything like "I'm A Celeb" I would be happy with it. This show has so many classic BB elements. The vibe is lovely. The tucker trials are fun. We get to hear the interesting conversations. And it's not too family friendly. We are actually able to have slightly "mature" jokes and content by the hosts and the celebrities. It is so refreshing not to be forced the Channel 9 contrived and super family friendly angle. Network Ten are the only ones who know how to do Reality TV.
