Is anyone ever gonna admit they weigh over 100 kilos, even anonymously? lol

Well I will admit I weigh 72kg but given my height and muscle mass, I am in a healthy range.

I'm in the 80-90kg range but I'm a 37 year old 6'3" male ... that's kinda normal for me I think.

In space everyone "weighs" 0.
Furthermore, weight is a measurement of Force, not mass.
The options should have been:
<500 Newtons
500N - 600N
600N - 700N
etc

Alternatively, the thread should instead have been named "What is your mass?"

So I weighed myself at the doctors yesterday.
And im 76 kilos.
I need to lose another 10 kilos to be in the 'healthy weight range'
That's a total loss of 26.6 kilos in 23 months.

If anyone wants to know some tips let me know. (And no it doesn't require signing up to anything or money) just a change in lifestyle
