HOT SHOWS, Revenge, Downton Abbey etc

Yes. The action was so fast and the adverts lasted so long that I kept thinking I'd seen the whole show - then finding it was only 2/3 or 3/4 of the way through - no complaints about getting to see more of what I wanted :) - only one more episode to go now.

Lady Edith??? What are you DOING? :D

Death in Paradise is made so much better by the presence of of Dwayne Dibley...of Red Dwarf Fame :D

Squeeeeeeee......the big finales, Downton, oh my what will become of Mary/Matt, and that Irish guy isn't good enough for gorgeous youngest sister, will Edith ever find a man? She should marry Carlisle - after all she spread the nasty rumours = bitch.
And what happened to that maybe cousin survivor of the Titanic?

And Revenge, ooo.

But will both end on cliffhangers? How long do we have to wait for the next yummy bits?
At least good stuff is coming to fill the gaps - Dallas redux, oh yeah; GCB - love this, it's going to be awesome; and Smash looks good.

i'm so excited for the Revenge Finale.

And Downton was 2 hours of wonderfulness, aww Mary/matthew, aww Daisey, even aww the oldy biddy who was Thomas's buddy and feels selfless beside him - that was a beauty.

I love Downtown Abbey, absolutely love how they do not drag things out. The war wasn't too long and the court case, well, lets just say I'm glad I didn't blink. lol

I think Channel 7 was very kind and gave us a two in one night. Bless them. If I'd had to wait until after the Olympics for the finale I would have been most unhappy. Also, I really liked the way the producers let it finish as though we were at a natural break in the story instead of ending on a cliffhanger moment.

Apparently the next series will be finished next month - a much smaller gap between series than the last one. I don't know how long until we can see it on tv here though ... or if I can wait. I knew Shirley MacLaine was going to be in the show and I guessed she was the series that had just ended - I kept inventing reasons why she must be about to appear (eg Cora dying). I'm really looking forward to seeing her and Maggie Smith together.

OMG yes I forgot about her, they will be epic. I'm sort of in love with Maggie Smith, I think I could just record her bits and have them on a loop ............how delicious we should a big wedding, then again maybe not with Mary's scandal.
And oooo 1920s, one of the best ever eras for clothes and style, yum, yum.

Loved REvenge last night, but have no idea what season two will be like - or about. It was kind of like wrap this up, wrap this up, hang on - cop that!!!!!

Ooooo loved it, is Vicky dead???
I doubt it.
Next season should be about, the bigger conspiracy and big baddies; Amanda/Emily revealed - whitey knows who she is; is Daniel a bastard; fake Amanda & preggo stuff. Lil sister becoming an evil little bitch.

Anyone else watching Once Upon a Time?
I love this show.........woohoo the finale last night was awesome. New series of OUAT, Revenge, many other US shows start again end of September, hope we don't have to wait too long or I might have to find other ways.

Some new info on Downton Abbey. It includes what possibly could be considered spoilers so read it at your own risk. They are talking about series 4 here, Series 3 has already been made and broadcast in the UK.

A new series of Downton ... but will Lady Mary be back?

DOWNTON Abbey will return for a fourth series but the show's maker has refused to confirm if Dan Stevens and Michelle Dockery will be in it.
Stevens, 30, who plays Matthew Crawley, has been circumspect about another series because of the time commitments.
The actor has moved to New York to star in Broadway play The Heiress. Similarly, Michelle Dockery, 30, has made waves in the US with her polished performance as Lady Mary.
The actress said earlier this year: "It certainly feels as though there are more opportunities for us over there. I love spending time in the US."
A spokesman for ITV, which makes the show, said: "Negotiations are on-going."
There have also been question marks over whether Dame Maggie Smith will return as the waspish Dowager Countess. Creator Julian Fellowes has said there would always be a place for Dame Maggie and insisted he would not "kill her off".
The eight episode series will be broadcast next year in the UK, continuing the story of the Crawley family and their servants in the early 1920s.

Did anyone see the Christmas episode of Downton Abbey? HMMMMMMM!!!! I won't comment further on what happened..just HMMMMMMM!!!!:eek::eek:

Yes I have seen it. Hard to comment really but I'm very dissappointed. And I guess they are just introducing some storylines for next season with the girl cousin coming to stay.
