HOT SHOWS, Revenge, Downton Abbey etc

I wanted to throw something at the tv. Like you said, it's hard to comment without giving anything away. It's something people are going to have to see before they watch the next series though or they're going to wonder what is going on. There was quite a bit of groundwork setting up the next season, just as you said.

Yeah I watched the Christmas Episode last week and I was really annoyed! You should see the outrage on twitter haha!

Actually the whole of Season 3 is pretty disappointing!

LOL, I can imagine that twitter would have exploded. I don't think anyone would have seen that coming.

I haven't jumped ahead like the posters above.

Downton returns tonight, 90 minutes and shirley mclaine, yeah. And I have no idea what you guys are talking about please don't post spoilers.

Revenge is repeated at 2pm tomorrow for anyone else like me who didn't get to see it.

Awww, last night, double aww.

Haven't been able to escape spoliers on cast leaving so I kind of know the ones that will meet untimel ends but that still got me teary my favourite person.

And Revenge is so twisty I have no idea what all that Japan stuff means.

Guess this as good a place as any but one show to look out for is Broadchurch. It's just finished here and has widely been seen as ITV's best drama in a number of years, probably this century actually.

Now it's a difficult one for you to research as I'd strongly recommend you don't google it as avoiding spoilers is key, but it basically focuses on the case of a murdered 11 year old boy and the unfolding investigation over the eight episodes, with the killer revealed in the final episode. Obviously if you can it's better to watch without knowing the killer - it really is a show that has captivated the UK over the last couple of months and genuinely got people talking and with so many UK murder mystery shows resolved in a couple of hours or across a three parter it's been a real treat to see this be allowed to play out over eight weeks.

It's on my must watch wherever it is served up list - stars David Tennant!

David is on my must watch list for anything he does:) Sounds gripping Brekkie

David Tennant also starring in The Politician's Husband, a BBC series which begun days after the Broadchurch finale. Sounds a bit dull to me really - essentially about a bloke moving from the limelight to the back benches as his wife moves into a more prominent cabinet role.

I am half way into Episode 2 and it is fantastic I highly recommend it.

I enjoyed the first episodes of A Place To Call Home and Wentworth, for different reasons.

Does anyone here watch The Borgias?

Currently that, Teen Mom 2 (just finished), Tabatha Takes Over and Keeping up with the Kardashians (starts in a month) are the only shows I'm actively watching.

The Borgias! Fantastic show! Popes, sex, violence and madness; what's not to love?

Edit: Oh. And gorgeous men. How could I forget the gorgeous men?

After The Tudors, I was kind of disappointed, there's no one of Henry Cavill's calibre.

Although Cesare and Lucrezia together are perversely hot and I liked Giovanni's dad, he was hot on Skins too.

It's more intriguing than The Tudors though.

Oh I'm so excited to watch this then. Spartacus rcently finished and I need a replacement. I did have trouble getting into The Tudors though so hopefully I will like it ;-)

I think Cesare is delish...

Best series I've seen this year. According to Wiki there is going to be a second series :)
