Very true. I neglected sun protection and sadly my skin has sun damage which I have spent a pretty penny correcting. I am pretty scrupulous with SPF each day now.

Lol yes, Frank. There are so many coffee scrubs out there now, as well as sugar ones too. I still use them but now I've realised I can make it all myself at home.
