I always rinse my conditioner out with cold water too.
Oh, I can't do that. If I don't wash the conditioner out with near-scalding water it just doesn't work.

They are the worst. And they're so unnecessary!
When I get older and start to go grey I am going to embrace it.
Haha. Funnily enough my username comes from the fact that I used to do all crazy things with my hair as a teen. When I made my first email I had just bleached my hair. I used to do all kinds of crazy fudge colours. I've had undercut, Mohawk, all kinds of things.Wow you guys are so high maintenance with your hairs! Well not bleachy obviously.
I guess I can't complain about my sad looking hair since I don't actually do anything to rectify the situation.
YES I am sure the person that came up with idea of foils, endured that treatment
What an interesting discussion - always good to know the best way to manage our locks.
I had my first hair trim in 2.5 years today! Pretty slack eh? I am trying to see how long I can grow it!
I wash and deep condition once a week. I put in leave in conditioner and sometimes use Oil of Marrakesh.
I had coloured my hair, since I was 14. It was costing me $150 every 4 weeks in the end and all I was doing was making my greys a yellow blonde! Anyway, I am natural now and I am lucky to have grey hair that is like platinum blonde - very fine, but a lot of it!
I get my hair dyed once or twice a year. My natural colour is ash blonde and the regrowth just blends really well with the white ish blonde foils.

HAHA.... once upon a time I dyed my hair black/brown and the re growth was HORRIBLE. Just like you it kind of suited me tho, but I'll never go back to black because it took so long to strip all the dark colour out, nearly killed my hair.Good Girl!
Once I decided to go dark, many years ago - The light regrowth was the WORST, although the dark hair colour suited me ....... sometimes I used to buy marcara to cover it lol
Oil of Marrakech 'ey. I know a few people who swear by argan oil but I found it didn't really do much for my hair to justify the expense. I don't know if maybe it's better suited for finer hair.
Haha I used to use sun in.HAHA.... once upon a time I dyed my hair black/brown and the re growth was HORRIBLE. Just like you it kind of suited me tho, but I'll never go back to black because it took so long to strip all the dark colour out, nearly killed my hair.
Anyone remember a product called Sun- In? It is a spray that would lighten your hair if you applied heat to it, like a hair dryer or if you sat out in the sun.
The colour I'm considering dyeing my hair is grey, actually. Grey is a lovely colour, I think, and I really don't think I'll mind it when I go naturally grey either.

Has anyone ever had to endure those streaking caps, that you were torchered with a crochet hook - OMG the PAIN!!!!!!!

wonder how @mutleyp s red carpet fiasco is going![]()
My friend dyed her hair this really fabulous shade of grey and it looks SO good. I'm just not game enough.
I've seen that argan oil stuff at Aldi. Didn't seem too expensive there. Lol.

Haha oh really? Well I take it back.
I actually fantasise about getting an undercut, but I would never and could never.
Thank God no! People look like a serial killers doll, where they've pull out half the hair, with those things on.
Aldi seem to be able to do quality stuff at a decent price point. I can't vouch for the quality of their argan oil tho.Grey hair is so hot right now.
For real?! Either it mustn't be pure argan oil or it's really come down in price since I used it.
