In general, not very. Once you're out of puberty, it's even less common. It has something to do with how they grow, I think. Basically imagine the nut tube tying a knot on itself, or around the nut. It's enough to give you ghost pains just thinking bout it.

I was just having a conversation with a friend about how I have what some call 'advanced empathy' which means whenever I watch those RPA or hospital type shows, I feel pain or even just discomfort in whatever area is being operated on, on screen.

The other day I watched a YouTube of the moth being extracted from someone's ear and for the last week or so I have been feeling a tickle in my ear. So I need to get your story out of my head. Stat.

omg I SAW THAT TOO and I was CONVINCED that there was a moth in my ear for at least 30 minutes afterwards.
