Two weeks , or a bit less. Kids forget so quickly why they have been punished. I feel they tend to switch off if it is too long.
Short , sweet and strong punishment.

omg its sooo bad here in tasmania right now we have had severe hail and now thunder im storm phobic so my anxiety is really bad today i just had to take a xanax

To be honest I am pretty well active every day.
I am an absolute neat freak and this may sound pathetic, but I find cleaning my house therapeutic. I love stepping back and drinking in the perfect cushion display on my bed, spotless vanity, and pristine perfect order of my home.
You know what they say "clean house, dirty mind".

Whew. I'd hate to think you had that awful affliction known as 'bic clit'.
Looking for refuge today. Both kids been home sick from school ALL fucking week. I love my kids, but I swear to god I will stab them in the face if either one of them tell me they have a blocked nose, AGAIN.
