Did you have any girls bonnie?

I wouldnt mind mine staying as long as they like as long as they have paid employment and I could have a house where our bedroom was well away from the kids bedrooms. So I could get a root more often. Ha.
 
Hehe the walls can be thin. Nah, no girls. I don't think I could be the mother of girls. I can't do hair. Poor little niece gets a quick brush & a baseball cap if she stays with me for the night.

that would be a ditto here too. Cannot ever see it happening.

Thought of the chooks...... inner normal chicken wire down to at least half a meter under the ground.....then a 'moat' of cement out to and down under the next ring of chicken wire ..........and on the inside of the outer round of chicken wire...a horse electric fence attached. 75 volts will fix the little fuckers :)

Thks Cat. Have a fencing guy coming over the weekend to give us a quote. We have an electric fence so will ask him if it can be incorporated.

she had a few. she was constantly feeling sick and bloated....but it was more a wheat allergy or lactose intolerance or something.

she actually looked great the other night.
 
My husband can do hair, just a basic pony tail mind, his plaits leave a bit to be desired. He often blow dries miss 13's hair because he is more gentle than me haha.

I knew a bloke who would call into his mum's every morning to get his dd's hair fixed up. FFS it's really not that hard.

LOL...probably...or a wet Friday.

the electric fence is a good idea....will take their minds off chicken dinners........and could use a solar panel to charge it ???

The foxes got in. Very difficult to keep them out....... electric wire will give bonnie road kill for the dogs to eat :)

Taken me this long to catch up..... and I've not even been up 'there'. Here is so much more fun .

Anyone that experienced those floods always has a horrific tale to tell.


I worry that the last flood has made people complacent. It was a different kind of weather system that caused the last one. I think people assume they don't have to worry about another flood for another 30 years. The fact is we are still waiting for a 74 weather event which floods the SE pocket and northern NSW at the same time. People were alot more resilient back then and basic supplies didn't have to rely on logistics and transport.
I hope it dosnt turn into a mad max on water scenario when it does happen.

How long do you have till the stitches disappear?

do you know what you are going to do for your 21st ? Will you have 2 parties like a big fat Greek 21st, and a big fat gay 21st, or can you combine the two and have a big fat awesome mega party.

Muwahahahaha!

Firstly, I have no idea when the freakin' stitches will decide to disappear, but I am so over this it's not funny. :D I just want my mouth back now please!

And not totally sure what I'm doing but it won't be anything big, probably just some low key dinner with the close family, etc, then will probably hit Melbourne afterwards. Nothing special, pretty boring but ah well.

Although am considering doing a 21st "part two" at the start of next year, rent an apartment for a couple nights and do some kind of party weekend - so maybe that'll be the big celebration? :p
 
Oh my God!

I ate so much chocolate ice cream last night.

I still feel nauseous, over 12 hours later.
 
Someone called me off a blocked number at 8:30 on a saturday, there maybe murder!
