Still waiting for the holes to fix up totally, but other than that I feel good - and have only taken one lot of meds today so far as opposed to three usually. So yay!

I went to the gym then rapidly went down hill! Lesson learnt!
I was thinking about it today when I was cleaning the house and steam cleaning my oven top that would be good to get your wax off

Well thank you Martha Stewart! It is a good idea. Will try that tomorrow, I've just been scraping it off but he did it again the other night, not as bad but I figure I'll wait until this project is over before I go too mad.
