Hi

That sound like yuck - why not take the dogs for a quick 20 min walk or just the best behaved one, that won't lift the leg every 2 metres (if you have one of those)

Oh they were coming with.

There is no way I could leave my house in my with running shoes without them!!!

Thanks for that. Sounds more like fun for the kids, which I'm happy about. I thought it was an actual assessment of some sort and all I thought was my child will hate school before it even began. It sounds a bit like his interview with the principal. She read him a book and he counted things in there and recalled parts of the story. She asked him to write his name, which he did and also wrote the word bum and laughed and laughed and laughed- lucky she had a sense of humour lol.

I'm def emotional about him starting, he on the other hand cannot wait. I'll remind him of this moment when he gets to high school.

Teeheeeheee :D That is too funny your little man writing bum :P Yes, I was going to say it seemed very similar to his interview with the principal, but as our school only just started doing that, I wasn't sure if it was a "thing" in most places. I think it's good because they also get an hour of one-on-one time with their teacher before the craziness of kindy starts.

Make sure you get first day photos!!!! There is nothing as cute as shiny new shoes, a uniform a bit too big & a massive bag & a beaming I'm all grown up smile :)
 
lol - it was OK - I didn't Burp, but my Dog farted! Someone bought the WRONG dried food for the beast. She has a sensive tummy and now very smelly farts, you get that when not given the right diet :(

Apart from that, it was a very chilled and quiet day. I checked out my Soupa Doopa, since I am at that age and seeing there are a LOT of youngens falling of the perch lately - I want to see what my options are, to spend it all before I check out :)

I watched my favorite pizza being prepared and cooked for me, which was nice, but I would have prefered a Subway (my Favorite is the Tuna one ) LOLOLOLOL

Makes my degrees of separation to Kevin Bacon down to four. No, I have the week off. I worked last birthday so wasn't going to do it two years in a row. The first birthday I worked was my 21st and the worst one was spending the first seven hours on night shift.
