Well he called the court about it and they told him to lodge a form online which puts it back on them about mistaken identity (sorry I have forgotten the terminology). So basically he puts a defence in and they need to prove it's him. Which they can't since he has never owned a company in his life. He isn't using a lawyer for this though and were just figuring out if that's ok because it is going to cost to do so and it just seems ridiculous that we will need to. Were not sure if we should tbh. Surely once he shows documentation than it's an easy resolution.
At least it will put it back on them. Sounds like it should be straight forward from then? Personally I wouldn't get a lawyer unless it becomes more difficult. They cost a fortune!
