Game of Thrones *may include spoilers*

Arrrgghhh!

I kinda want Ramsay to chop off Stannis' manhood right now.

When the masked dudes were attacking and Daario and Jorah were protecting Daeny, I was more worried about Tyrion. Daeny better be getting Drogon to sear some more masked people

Oh I was a little underwhelmed with the episode. I guess I was kind of wanting more. Oh that poor little girl, what an ass of a father. One more Episode to go

I have hated Melisandre for ages and she is the reason why Stannis did what he did. I hope they both die painful deaths. I didn't really mind Stannis much before. I'll be interested to see how Davos reacts. He's gonna be PISSED. He should have taken Shireen. Things are going to go down.

Only one more episode to go. I get so disappointed that the seasons end so quickly. Sigh.

I love Davos - I think he would make a great companion for Jon. You've got to think with Jon, Sansa and Brienne positioned where they are, a Stark is going to take back Winterfell. Stannis has killed the third last real Baratheon Heir after himself and Gendry

Well that was awesome, Danny finally getting to ride her precious Drogon in the nick of time for her to escape the ungrateful clutches of the Harpy.

Anybody know what the command that she uttered to control Drogon was? Sommething Vhal??

Really? I can't say that I've payed much attention to her acting as I was too busy noticing how gorgeous she is for a young lass. :shamefully:

Don't get me wrong I wouldn't take my appreciation of her beauty as far as Meryn Trant. :jawdrop: :punch:

I just thought she said "Fly!" LOL. I do have an ear infection at the moment though so it might have been something else. I'm a book reader too but can't remember anything like that :(. Sorry for being no help at all. :/

Well, I'm not sure what to make of the finale other than Lena Hadley has a great body for a 40 year old. My thoughts:

- Stannis et. al. - meh, whatevs
- Dany - come of it, can she just get to Westeros already? Not further away
- Ayra - meh, whatevs
- Sansa & Reek - they better be alive
- Jon - he soooo will not be dead. Olly is still a little shit and must die

Season finale... disappointed about Jon. I did cry but not like a baby because I was spoilered before I saw the episode. Apparently Kit Harrington isn't back next season - so I don't really see how he can't not be dead.

Dany has lost her touch for me really. I loved her in the first few seasons but since she's been in Mereen - she's just boring and docile. I think it's since she lost her dragons really. So hopefully that changes soon.

Glad Theon seems to have come back a bit. Good luck to him and Sansa. Sansa is growing on me more and more - I just hope that she doesn't get put 10 steps back again because she's come so far. She needs to start being a powerful independant woman, not just a wife for someone.

Stannis - is he dead? Brienne wouldn't have not killed him right? I dont know. We missed out on the gore there :P Not that I care for gore but until I see him dead, I won't say he is.

Hopefully Ayra's blindness is only temporary. But it'll be at least 10 months long thanks to the fucking length between seasons. Sigh.

Oh and Cersei's walk of shame? I felt bad for her. She won't learn from it though. I actually thought that Jaime and Myrcella's scene was quite touching - given the subject matter.

Anyway. Now lets wait. I wonder if there's any good fanfiction out there.

I'd was going to say I did not see that coming, but actually I did see it coming, but I thought it wouldn't. I thought he'd be there to the end, and we'd find out the shocking truth.

There wouldn't seem to be any point to keeping us in suspense over Stannis' fate, if Brienne did indeed kill him, so I'm guessing he lives. Not that I care, Stannis has been by far the least engaging plotline in this show for a long time.

Is it just me, or are these dragons a lot more weak and whiny than their reputations would have suggested?

I'm getting this vibe that the TV series is now diverging from the books and going in a different direction as the show has apparently gone past the books in certain storylines. At least that's the impression I got from some comments in other forums.

I guess Jon Snow isn't dead in the books but I wasn't surprised by that at all. Kit Harrington seemed to be fed up of it all from the interviews given and I read one just yesterday in which he pretty much gave it away.

Overall though I was quite underwhelmed by the finale - it seemed they'd run out of money to actually film the battle scenes. Also with Jon Snow and Sam gone from the Wall that part of the story is no longer of interest, and we've now really got three people competing for the Throne who we're not completely invested in (we were in Daenerys, but I think many are bored of that now). The only thing going forward is the possibility of Sansa Stark getting retribution - and perhaps ultimately the "Game of Thrones" will be between Sansa and Ayra.

The first four series were brilliant but this one only really hit the mark in episodes 8 and 9 for me. The finale usually leaves you counting down the days till the next series, but this year it kind of left me thinking that perhaps the next series should be the last.

Fuck this show and fuck these writers. If they wanted to create a villain, they should have just done so with an original character. Don't bastardize Stannis to the point he is unrecognisable. Useless.

I used to love the show but now having read the books I get a bitter taste in my mouth anytime they diverge too much, or in a confusing way. I'm gonna catch up watching this season once exams are over but it used to be something I HAD to watch.

Can't help but thinking the final scene of the season should have been left for the premiere of next season - think it would have had a much bigger impact and actually been received a bit more positively. As it is it's kind of left the whole thing in limbo a bit - not sure any character I'm actually invested in is still alive.

Also now they've pretty much caught up I do think HBO would be wise to delay the pace slightly - they can easily skip a season just by delaying the next series till later in the year (airing Sept 2016), then the following season would be in it's usual slot but in 2018. Gives George RR Martin more chance to get the books out first.

Pretty much ends the same way. Shivved and left for dead, but the reasons are different. But nobody thinks he is dead (or staying that way, at least).

I don't care how "fed up" Kit is, he just negotiated a $300,000 an episode fee. I would do a show with Dane Cook for that money.

Dorne is the interesting one (not "entertaining interesting", more "different interesting"). I don't think they even read the Dornish chapters. Which is fair enough, they are up there with Arya's adventures in Bravvos (which I couldn't get through).
